Connecting rooms are offered subject to availability but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please make requests at the time of booking.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 17 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways, and cribs may incur extra charges. A room can accommodate a maximum of four people.
The maximum number of guests per room is four. If there are more than two adults (over 17 years of age) in the room, a daily fee of 10 USD will apply for each additional adult.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
A fee of 40 USD will be charged for an early departure.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Up to two dogs weighing 40 pounds or less are allowed in a guest room. No other pets are permitted. A 35 USD non-refundable fee will be charged per pet per day. In addition, a 50 USD deposit will be held per day and will be refunded upon room inspection on day of checkout. A waiver must be signed at check-in before a pet is allowed in any guest room or public area.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Cashing Policy
Only Traveler's checks are accepted with valid picture identification. Company and personal checks are not accepted.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit Card Policy
Upon check-in all guests must present the same credit card used to purchase their reservation as well as a matching valid form of photo identification. A 50 USD deposit hold per day will be placed on the credit card; however, the deposit is only a hold and not a charge. The hold will be released between 5 to 7 business days after departure.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The only acceptable form of emailed prepayment is Starwood’s secure e-credit system. To submit an e-credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. All e-credits must be submitted at least 72 hours before arrival, or they will not be accepted. To ensure security, faxed credit card forms are not accepted.
