Hotel Redevelopment Project until November 30, 2016
Please note that there is an ongoing redevelopment project from July 2014 to November 30, 2016. Changes will include 222 additional guest rooms. Some noise is expected during this time, but we are working with our developers to ensure there are minimal disruptions.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid identification.
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Early Departure Policy
Guests staying at fully flexible rates will not be charged an early departure fee only if they provide at least 24 hours’ notice of their new departure date.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is subject to availability prior to 3pm and is not guaranteed. Guests wishing to guarantee an early arrival must book the night prior to their arrival date at the full nightly rate.
Extra Bedding Policy
One sofa bed or rollaway bed is available in the Premium Deluxe Harbour View Rooms, Premium Maritime Suites and the Darling Harbour Suites for an additional 75 AUD fee per night.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel during business hours, Monday - Friday.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
A fee will be imposed on guests who check out past the provided checkout time.
- From 12 to 2pm there is a fee of AUD$50
- From 2pm to 4pm there is a fee of AUD$100
- From 4pm to 6pm the fee will be half the room rate
Thereafter, a full day will be charged. Subject to availability.
Parties are not allowed in the guest rooms. To plan a function, please contact the sales department.
A maximum of two adults and one baby cot are allowed in a Premium City Side Room or a Premium Harbour View Room. A maximum of three adults and one baby cot are allowed in a Premium Deluxe Harbour View Room or a suite.
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
Guests paying in cash will be asked to pay full accommodation rates plus 200 AUD bond per day for incidentals. The unused portion of the bond will be refunded at checkout. Credit card payments will be fully pre-authorised until departure for accommodations, plus 100 AUD per night for incidentals.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 350 AUD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found.
