Connecting Room Policy
We offer a limited number of connecting rooms and based upon availability. Please note standard rooms with one king bed connect to standard rooms with two double beds.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Hotel does not offer a waitlist.

Early Arrival Policy
Early check-ins are not permitted. Guests must reserve the previous night to check-in prior to 3pm.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Dogs up to 25 pounds are permitted and guests must sign a damage waiver at check-in. Cats are not permitted. Guests are fully responsible for their dog, which cannot be left alone in the guestroom. Only one pet per room. There is a 25 USD per day pet fee. The hotel reserves the right to ask the guest to remove any pet for excessive noise or disturbance.

Check Acceptance Policy
Hotel will accept personal checks for SPG Gold Members and above, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Credit Card Policy
All guests must present a valid credit card at check-in. If your reservation has an advanced deposit the card used for the advanced deposit must be presented and processed at check-in.
Cash will not be accepted at check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
