Connecting Room Policy
While we have connecting queen to queen rooms, we do not guarantee connecting rooms. Guests can request connecting rooms upon arrival, and we will try to accommodate the request based upon availability. For additional assistance please contact the hotel directly and speak to the Front Desk Manager.
Only registered guests of the hotel are allowed in the guest rooms. The maximum occupancy for rooms with one king bed is three persons while rooms with two double beds can accommodate up to four guests. The maximum occupancy for suites is five persons. Parties are prohibited.

Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in is not guaranteed and is subject to availability upon arrival. Please contact the hotel directly on the morning of arrival for more information.
Late Checkout Policy
A late checkout may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Checkouts after 12pm will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax. Please inquire with the front desk on the day of your departure.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed.
There is no lifeguard on duty in the pool area. Only registered guests are permitted in the pool. The hotel may require guests to wear wrist bands. No food, drinks, glass objects or pets are allowed in the pool area. Running, jumping and diving are not allowed. Adult swim time is from 8pm to 10pm Friday and Saturday evenings. At that time, children will not be allowed in the pool. The hotel does not allow pool parties. All children in the pool area must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Northeast is 100% smoke free. Smoking is not allowed in guest rooms or in public spaces. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy. Please contact the hotel directly for further information.

No personal checks are accepted.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. Cash payment will not be accepted at the time of check-in. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution. The hotel is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy

The hotel requires that a credit or debit card in the name of the registered guest be presented at check-in. Cash payment is not accepted at the time of check-in. Should you choose to settle your charges in cash, you may do so upon checkout with the front desk. All credit and debit cards will be approved to cover room and tax for your entire stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals.
The hotel does not accept third-party credit card authorizations. Credit card numbers will not be taken over the phone as an effective form of payment. If incidentals will not be covered by the card, a guest will still be required to present a method of payment for incidentals. Debit cards are accepted as a form of payment, but cannot be used to extend credit for room charges, such as room service and movies.
