Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Guests under the age of 21 will not be permitted to check-in.
Connecting Room Policy
While we have connecting queen to queen rooms, we do not guarantee connecting rooms. Guests can request connecting rooms upon arrival, and we will try to accommodate the request based upon availability. For additional assistance please contact the hotel directly and speak to the Front Desk Manager.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed.
There is no lifeguard on duty in the pool area. Only registered guests are permitted in the pool. The hotel may require guests to wear wrist bands. No food, drinks, glass objects or pets are allowed in the pool area. Running, jumping and diving are not allowed. Adult swim time is from 8pm to 10pm Friday and Saturday evenings. At that time, children will not be allowed in the pool.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. Cash payment will not be accepted at the time of check-in. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution. The hotel is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy

Hotel requires that a credit or debit card in the name of the registered guest be presented at check-in. Cash payment is not accepted at the time of check-in. Should you choose to settle your charges in cash, you may do so upon check-out with the front desk. All credit and debit cards will be approved to cover room and tax for your entire stay plus an amount to cover incidentals.
Any guest wishing to pay for a guest room with a credit card that will not be presented at the time of check-in must contact the hotel directly in advance so that a credit card authorization can be completed. Credit card numbers will not be taken over the phone as an effective form of payment. If incidentals will not be covered by the card, guest will still be required to present a method of payment for incidentals.
