ADA Policy

The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. TTY service is available and service animals are only allowed with proper certification.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Guests may not bring their own alcohol into the hotel.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Check Policy

Personal checks are accepted for payment with a valid picture ID.

Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid ID. There is a limit of $100.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms can be requested however they cannot be guaranteed. Connecting rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.

Dress Code

In the lobby and restaurant, shirts and shoes are required. In the pool area, swimsuits (proper swim attire) are required. No cut-off shorts are allowed. Proper workout clothing is required in the fitness center.

Early Departure Policy

Please be advised that a fee of one night's room rate plus taxes may apply to early departures.

Early Arrival Policy

Early arrivals can be requested however they cannot be guaranteed.

Facility Use Policy

Only registered guests of the hotel may use the fitness facility and the pool. No unsupervised children under the age of 18 are allowed to use any of the facilities.

Gift Certificate Policy

Approved gift certificates will be accepted with a valid picture ID only. To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.

Late Checkout Policy

Late checkouts may be requested. They will be granted on a first-come first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Noise/Disturbance Policy

Designated quiet hours in public areas are from 10pm to 6am. Guests that received one noise/disturbance complaint will be given a warning. Guests that receive a second complaint will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. Any illegal substances or underage drinking will not be tolerated and the registered guest of the hotel will be charged for if damages occur.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Smoking Policy

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking.

Tax Exempt Policy

All state and federal employee tax exemptions as well as non-profit organizations with valid tax exemption forms/certificates will be honored.
