Rated 5 out of 5 by Best sleep ever! I'm a very light sleeper so I asked when I checked in, if I could have a room away from the elevator and vending machines, I was put on a high floor and facing a large mural. I slept the best that I have in ages. It was hard to roll out of bed because it was so comfortable. It was like a cloud. Thank you so much for your hospitality! I'll be back January 14, 2016

Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel is very overpriced Good part about this hotel is it's location. Close to other restraints etc. What you get is a noisey room with no hotel amenities. On a main street with many noisey trucks etc. Would definitely stay elsewhere next trip. November 8, 2015

Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed with recent stay Someone tried to check into my room at 1:15 AM. She ran her key card through the lock many times which got to be annoying. I finally got up, opened the door to let her know that someone was already checked into the room. She showed me her key card and it had the same room number written on it as my room. This is not the first time it happened unfortunately. It happened to me once before - I walked in on a man with nothing on. I notified front desk both times and didn't receive much more than a smile and half-hearted apology. I was surprised by the lack of concern by the staff. September 28, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Room Service was poor I was told after I ordered room service that menu was not the same one used by the restaurtant and this was a known issue. I ordered two $5.50 children pancakes/bacon breakfasts; wanted to charge me $17.50 per order. Told me they do not use same menu! Pancakes no bacon and $12 more per child! It was a poor experince and kids meal was such a let down. I advised GM at hotel and he said thanks for letting us know! nothing more! September 8, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Sad weekend getaway When we travel we always have a budget and do not exceed that. When I had to pay $200.00 for a security deposit that took away one of our planned activities with our children and they were very upset. Also, the pool was out of order which was another disappointment for us all. The male staff member at the front desk was just plain rude to me for no reason. We did not get a lot of rest as we were right next to a busy street. Very noisy most of the night. Overall, we should have just stayed home. August 19, 2015
