Rated 3 out of 5 by Badly designed breakfast area, technical faults but good location and service I had no light in the shower area and no shower gel. Shower was either too hot or cold due to primitive mixer with no pressure equalizer. Reported all but still the same the next day. Breakfast is hidden away. The first day I didnt find it and got a croissant only. What a terrible design. The second morning I arrived at 6.30 to get cold bacon and eggs dry on top and watery underneath. The lifts are very small. Service however is friendly and eager to please and location good. October 18, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Fees fees fees Beware of this hotels schemes to make money. I am a platinum member and stayed over 100 nights last year. I typically love Starwood hotels. This hotel charges fees per person (€25-30 per day) for which they claim is for breakfast. As a Platinum member at most Starwood hotels I can use my amenity to waive this fee. Not here. Also, they do not allow outside food and require you to buy their room service. I'm not sure what's going on at this hotel but I would never stay again. October 4, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Family friendly hotel As a family of 3 adults and two children the hotel could not have done more to accommodate our requirements. The rooms were good size, staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellant also the room service. Marco on reception was extremely helpful sorting out our room requirements so we could be situated close to each other because we did not all arive at the same time The staff remembered who we were by name which was quite impressive. I would recommend this hotel for a family or business. The location was good for the station and transport to the city centre. Ristorante Osteria Fara a few minutes walk from the hotel was also good. Rated 5 out of 5 by A chain hotel with personalized attention I have stayed here many times on business, and last week I stayed with my wife while on vacation. We found the staff extraordinarily attentive and eager to be of assistance, especially the folks at the front desk. They helped to make our stay in Milano a real pleasure. The breakfast buffet is luxurious and the beds comfortable. Transportation is readily available, both the subway and the national train network at nearby Central Station. June 1, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great place to rest! Only here for 1 night but located near to the Milan Centrale FS (train station). We were able to use this for our return from Venice as a stopover before heading to the airport via the airport express train at Milan Centrale the next day. The room is rather small but sufficient to meet our needs. Not as well appointed and one would have to request for amenities like toothbrush and shaver (in the end, I used my own). But the bed and pillows were heavenly, just like most Sheraton hotels. There was a small supermarket nearby as well as some restaurants. We went to a nearby 'local' restaurant Il Tavolino. It was buzzing with people even at 9pm! The food was pretty good and it was at the corner of the street on Via Fara. We were also able to travel easily to Duomo and Corso Bueno Aires on the Metro. Rated 4 out of 5 by Good for business This is a classic business hotel with meeting facilities etc in a good location (relatively central and a few steps from public transportation). We did not get a super upgrade but were given a room on the top floor - not very large yet comfortable. Only negative point was the speed of the so called 'superfast internet' which was all but superfast. Good to see anyway that the staff was nice and responsive and tried its best to solve the problem. Had to leave early and could not have breakfast which I regret as the breakfast room looked quite good. All in all, a good hotel for business people (not for honeymooners). March 23, 2015
