Rated 3 out of 5 by good hotel, but the food.... Hotel and service was great, as hotels go. My biggest disappointment was the quality of the food on the menu(Lots of choices however). I tried several different items: pizza ( no flavor), tandoori chicken sandwich, was tasty, but salad was gross, I had the beef bruschetta, again disappointing, meat was very chewy (pure grizzle it seamed) and lastly the burger (bun was wet when I got it). Severer was too busy to ask for feed back. An exception to this was the buffet breakfast which was really good. September 19, 2016

Rated 1 out of 5 by Park and Fly Disappointment For many years I have used this hotel when leaving for conferences or out of the country for a longer period. I just tried to do the same thing but apparently the hotel policy has changed so I cannot leave my car for fourteen days after staying one night and flying out. Very shortsighted policy change. This is even more odd given the large size of the parking lot. I will not be using the hotel again. August 30, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent, as usual My flight (WestJet) was 4+ hours late arriving from the UK, so what with that and the time change, I was pretty weary when I got to the hotel. The staff were friendly and swift to get me checked in, as usual. The room was a very welcome haven after such a day! I did not use the restaurant this time. I'll be back. July 31, 2016
