This hotel was awesome from top to bottom. The place was super clean, the staff was very polite and accommodating. The amenities are great.We could not have picked a better place to end our trip to California than the Four Points Sacramento.

My stay at this hotel was great! The staff were really welcoming and helpful. I had forgotten my charger block at home and my USB outlet in my room was not working, they were able to provide me with one, such a life saver. Breakfast was great! Waffles are to die for. The Gym was very clean. The only thing i didn't check out was the pool.

Stayed here briefly while working in Sacramento. The location is decent (approximately 15 minutes to downtown even with morning traffic) and worth using if hotels downtown are booked solid midweek. Room was very much on par with other Four Points properties but, not comparable to more luxurious SPG properties. Staff was friendly, efficient, and even bothered to properly recognize my SPG status. Room was clean. Did not eat or drink onsite, downtown Sacramento offers much more attractive options. I would stay again but only if better options aren't available.

Positives: Close hotel to the airport, comfortable bed and didn't notice any noise from other rooms, so got very good quality sleep.
Downsides: Some features of room showing deterioration such as cracking, peeling office chair, dirty bathtub. Continental breakfast buffet poor quality, I'd recommend going somewhere else for a $10 breakfast. Internet is confusing to log into.

My room and furnishing in the room were dirty. This hotel is run down and my room was dirty, Stains on chair and head board. The room smelled bad. The AC was so loud it sounded like it was about to fall off the wall. The room and stay was very uncomfortable because of the condition of the room and how stain up the furnishing were.

Hotel met my needs and I was very comfortable in the room, sleeping very well in the comfy bed. However it shows signs of age with little style or luxury. Staff were efficient on the few occasions I had to deal with them during my stay. After checking out, I did not receive my invoice by email as requested, so tried many times to call the hotel without anyone picking up. When somebody finally answered, they were quite abrupt and hung up while I was still speaking. Plus, I still haven't received the invoice!

I had a pleasant time at this hotel. I was not pleased with my dinner. I ordered beef and barley soup and received beef vegetable soup. I couldn't get the attention of the staff so I just ate the soup. Breakfast was normal hotel fare other than the oatmeal nothing looked very appetizing.
Room was very comfortable with plenty of space for work in the evening.

I stay in hotels approximately 100 + nights a year for company work. I was not impressed with this Starwood facility at all. It may have been the room design with the lighting, the lighting was underwhelming it was a bright white light in the room. The ironing board was leaning against the closet because it will not fit in the closet.
