Rated 1 out of 5 by Charged a $200 smoking fee & i don't smoke! Stayed here for 4 nights; while the hotel is beautiful, the quality of customer service is lacking tremendously. Upon checking in, Tania was pleasant. But it went downhill from there. I decided to order food 1 night, was charged $2.00 for a "delivery fee" for them to bring the food to my room. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice if someone told me that when I was ordering. I needed to store breastmilk that I pumped in their freezer. I inquired about storing my milk before I even got on my flight to come to this hotel & got it ok'd. Great. One front desk agent informed me that they've "done it before," & stored my milk with no problem. Another agent #who I actually believe was a manager of some sort# was VERY rude about it & asked me "did someone tell you that we would do this for you?" Yes, obviously so, if I'm bringing my milk to you to store in the freezer! So you guys can't accommodate breastfeeding moms. Noted. Received no folio under my door upon our departure. No biggie; I was just going to continue checking my bank account for the final amount that will be charged to my card. I had a general idea anyway, so I was prepared. I wasn't, however, prepared for a $200.00 smoking fee... WE NEVER SMOKED IN THIS HOTEL ROOM. I have phoned this hotel over 12 times to speak with someone regarding this matter; I have LITERALLY been told that the General Asst. Mgr has yet to return my phone calls because she, and I quote: "has a hotel to run." So does that mean my discrepancy is not important?!? No one is returning my calls and they are giving me the run around. I will 100% take further legal action if my money is not returned. I am a mother of 2 baby girls; I do NOT have $200 just lying around to LITERALLY GIVE TO A HOTEL FOR A SMOKING FEE THAT I SHOULD HAVE NEVER INCURED IN THE FIRST PLACE. This is ridiculous. Rated 1 out of 5 by Great Dissapointment My husband, baby, and I were in town for a wedding. We had rooms booked at the Four Points in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. We decided to extend our stay to make it a mini vacation. When my husband called to extend the reservation, a second reservation was made because for some reason our original reservation could not be updated. We had a long drive and did not get to the hotel until about 1am. The front desk clerk was out doing rounds, so we waited for about 10-15 minutes to get checked in. The clerk was helpful and we decided to upgrade to a suite which she told us was available for our entire stay. That allowed us to put the baby in one room and we could be in the other. She did say we would need to check out and check back in because of the two different reservations, but had put a note in that we would stay in that room. After our second night, we went to check out and check back in. We were on our way out for the day. The desk clerk that was there told us we needed to pack our bags because the room had been promised to someone else under a contract. She also said that our new room would not be ready until after 3pm. We explained that we had been told we could stay there and the inconvenience with the baby (if you have ever traveled with a small child, you know how much stuff there is to pack and she had started to adjust to the new sleep situation!). She was not helpful. She told us the manager who had made the original reservation for the other party would not be in until the afternoon, but when he arrives we could talk to him; in the mean time we needed to vacate the room. Notes had been made by the first desk clerk, but that did not matter. The clerk seemed irritated and offered no other solution. There were no apologies or sympathy from her. While my husband and I were trying to decide how to get everything packed up and how to adjust our plans for the day, the desk clerk said the general manager was there and we could talk to her, but she did not know where she was. We sat and waited for a few minutes, when the general manager came by. She was very kind and worked on a solution and I went upstairs to start getting our things together. My husband called a few minutes later and told me that we did not need to be out of the room until the next day. The gm had found adjoining rooms, which happened to be next door to my in-laws. She told us we could get the keys around 8am and could just move our stuff down the hall, instead of packing everything up. It was not ideal, but it was a reasonable solution. She also gave us breakfast vouchers for the rest of our stay. We were able to salvage the day and spend it as we had planned with only a slight delay. The next morning I went to the lobby to get the keys to the new rooms. The same clerk from the day before was at the desk. I told her I was there for the keys and she told me that the rooms we had been promised were occupied and one was a preferred member and had a late check-out. She told me that we needed to pack our things and vacate the suite. One room may be ready around 1, but the second would not be ready until after 3. I went up to the room and told my husband. He went down and got nowhere. While at the dining area, the general manager came over to ask how it was going. My husband told her about the situation with the room and she left to find another solution. She returned a short while later, with a new set of adjoining rooms. The difference was our room (king bed) was small and the room for the baby was much larger. We were able to get moved and settled without too much trouble, but then a new set of issues arose. The air conditioner in the double bed room worked intermittently. I would shut if off when we were gone, so it would cool the air when we got back, but overnight, it would blow hot air. The air conditioner in the room we were in also worked intermittently and soaked the carpet from the unit to about 18” past the unit. My husband soaked through a couple pairs of socks when he forgot to avoid the area. The moisture also made our room smell like mildew. And lastly, the street noise from the rooms facing out onto Foothill (the suite we were originally in) was horrible. I was woken up several times by muffler noise from passing cars. The experience I had at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The first clerk and the general manager were the only staff members that I had contact with that were genuine and nice. This was my first stay at a Sheraton and this visit alone has left such a bad impression. I will not stay at another Sheraton property in the future, but wanted to share my experience. May 17, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great location I recently stayed at the 4 Points Rancho Cucamonga for three nights while on vacation in the area. I would say that this property is the best in the Ontario area. The Airport Sheraton is in desperate need of refreshing and renovation. The location near Victoria Gardens is what makes this property great. You can easily walk to so many bars and restaurants. I noticed that upon booking the three nights that the hotel has suites, which I thought unusual for a 4 points. Since I was traveling with my family, I decided to use suite nights for my stay. Unfortuanately they were booked up so I didn't get the suite. The room was large with a king size bed and couch. The bathroom was clean and only had a shower. No tub. Breakfast was decent, which I used as my platinum amenity. Made to order eggs weren't advertised but are available. So if you want something besides the scrambled provided, just ask. The night was mostly quiet except for the Quakes minor league baseball stadium is close by. You will occasionally hear the announcer, crowd and fireworks. Overall it was a nice stay in a great location with a decent breakfast, especially for a 4 Points Sheraton. April 29, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Just what I needed! We booked the suite for a night. It was more then I had expected. The bed was so comfortable with the pillows and bedding, it was perfect. The bathroom was nice with the clear glass shower. Will be booking here again. March 7, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Deserves higher SPG category This was an exceptional hotel for its current rating of 2, it should be a 3 as a minimum. It is very clean, the staff were great. This was my only first stay, but it certainly will not be my last. Next time I intend to stay longer. February 4, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Stayed for few hours, but still great! We arrived very late and had to check-out the next day in the early morning. Even though the stay was short, we found this hotel very cozy and nice. All the staffs we met were very nice and friendly. September 10, 2015
