Overall a very poor experience. "Gym" is almost non-existent, room cleaning is poor, and staff responsiveness also poor.

I enjoyed my room.I was upgraded upon arrival at no extra cost.My bed was very comfortable as were the pillow choices..The restaurant was comfortable but on the weekend the food choices were very limited ,especially at dinner.The staff ws very friendly and made me feel welcome at all times.There was adeqate parking and close to all entrances.The floors were clean considering we had snow and then rain plus a temperature increase.

Busy day with snow storms causing havoc.
Staff was extra busy but managed to keep up and do it pleasantly. Unbelievable how the bartender was able to keep it together as the place was jammed .Very impressive.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while away on business. We were upgraded to the King Suite due to our Platinum status. The room was fantastic for me to do work in. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

We were a bit concerned when we arrived as there were several volleyball teams staying there for a tournament. However, the associate at check-in gave us a nice quiet room away from them. We would recommend paying extra for one of the king suite rooms - a very well designed and functional layout with a fireplace.

I stay in your hotel several times a month. this time i was a disappointed with a couple things. First of all they gave me a poker chip allowing me a free appetizer (onion rings) but failed to tell me that it was only good if i went to the restaurant and was excluded on my room service. Second of all the Pad Thai was horrid. Third was the lack of trust that in fact work for Loblaws and needed to prove by email address, since when do i have to prove who i am its all on the computer when you bring up my name. Last of all the thing that really ticked me off was that 2 times i got in the elevator with a cleaning lady and both times was forced to go to the basement before i could go to my desired floor.

My wife and I stayed in room #220 on 25th Oct. 2014. At approx. 1.30 a.m. I called the front desk and asked for a dinner fork. The male attendant said that I would have to come to the front desk to get it. That was not very accommodating. It was very inconvenient.
It takes less than 1 minute to get to my room from the front desk. Even if the hotel was short staffed. We've been to hotels worldwide and never had to deal with that. We were very disappointed. We won't be going back there.

I just love this hotel, the staff are wonderful, the rooms are comfortable and clean. I've tried other hotels in the area due to this hotel being booked but always regret not staying here.
