Rated 5 out of 5 by One of the Best We travel a lot and I must say this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff was out of this world. We were greeted and treated like royalty by each and every staff member, even house keeping and Bell boys. The food was also very good. One of the managers Gerard Anderson was one in a million. He was outstanding and one of the nicest people we have ever met. Thank you for an amazing visit. July 28, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Perfect business location The location of the hotel gives me easy access to all districts in Dubai as well as an easy commute to Abu Dhabi. The staff are attentive, friendly and professional whilst Charlie's bar offers one of the best steaks in town. July 26, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by good budget hotel, excellent location The hotel is located on the main highway, Sheikh Zayed Road, and is close to the Daira district and Jumeirah. The hotel offers rooms and apartments. Platinum recognition is good and we got upgraded to a suit. The rooms offer very basic amenities and have a tile floor, no carpets. The Lounge is great but children are not allowed. There is a small pool and bar on the top floor with amazing views of the business district. Food at the ground floor restaurant is quite good. There are also many other fast food and restaurant options in the close vicinity. The metro station "Financial Center" is just a short walk from the hotel. Parking is behind the hotel on 308th street. June 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent stay Stayed around 5 times in this hotel for the last two years - always enjoying. Thank you for room upgrades as SPG member - it is a nice touch. Reception staff is very accommodative and friendly, room is always perfectly cleaned. May 23, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good business hotel and location A high end 4 Points hotel, with more amenities and restaurants than a typical 4 Points. Good location near World Trade Centre. But a few draw backs; Aircon doesn't work well, and rooms are too hot, even after engineering tried to fix it. Mattress is too firm, fitness center changing room always has a awful stench. While hotel recognize the typical SPG Platinum benefits, as a frequent guest, bringing many (5-6) other guest every year for trade shows, when asked for a special room they did not recognize my loyalty and bringing them so much business, rather I felt quite dismissed. Rated 4 out of 5 by good option Like all hotels, this one has its good and the bad. Good: - one bedroom suites are spacious - water pressure in shower is great - full kitchen leaving you with everything you need for a long stay (including washer dryer) - Pool on roof top - EXCELLENT breakfast quality & selection - 4 500ml bottles provided daily in room - great WIFI signal that doesnt drop - nestles between two metro stations so transport options are great and cheap - great eateries just minutes by foot so you dont have to get stuck with limited options Bad: - four elevators for 45'ish floors = long lines and a long wait to go up and down esp. during rush hour (when a queue forms in the lobby) - Small lobby so dont expect it easy to conduct informal meetings - Business center equally as small (book in advance to avoid disappointment) - lack of wall outlets to charge personal electrical - small pool deck area for sunbathing (go early to grab a sun bed) - Room service menu disappointing and food tasted like it was microwaved boxed meals - Hotel does not participate in Green Choice. And if they do, they did a great job at hiding it. - Cannot connect laptop to HDMI outlet on TV easily. you need IT to come and reprogram the TV everytime you turn off and turn on the unit - Windows and balcony does not seal out the highway noise efficiently so either: a) ask for a high floor to distance yourself from highway or b) request a room overlooking Jumeirah/the sea (away from highway) - if you drink your 4 bottles of water the hotel will gladly charge you for more - which I find repulsive. I mean if you want to make cash then feel free but not from water. I find that distasteful and cheap. April 9, 2016
