Rated 5 out of 5 by Mr. Shahid is the best manager I have been staying at this hotel every year for 10 days around Christmas time since 2010. I am a business manager for General Motors company in which I travel allover the world, I would like to testify that this hotel is the best by far. Very clean, helpful friendly staff, Burj Khalifa view, in the heart of the action in Dubai and excellent food choices. One time I had a very minor misunderstanding regarding a rollaway bed, I was surprised to see Mr. Shahid the hotel manager coming to my room in person to make sure I am 100% satisfied. Mr. Shahid as I teach six sigma to my employee that happy guest tells three others while unhappy one tells twenty, I would like to tell you that I am 100% satisfied and will tell 100 people about this hotel and the magnificent treatment. Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent all round From booking via the excellent and most helpful Jawad in reservations, through to arrival and departure, everything is always very good indeed. Friendly staff, clean hotel, good price and excellent room. Good location for the metro, and easy taxi access to Dubai. My favourite hotel in Dubai for clean, effective and welcoming accommodation. Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Disappointing I am very disappointed with this hotel. I have stayed here at Four Points SZR twice now and in both instances the bill has been messed up. My fist stay I was charged twice for a room that was pre-paid and I had to go back to the hotel to sort it out as the stuff could not understand the problem over the phone. This most recent time I stayed for two nights and then another night on two separate bookings. All the bill got transferred to the booking of one night and my SPG account only shows points and stays for one night as it should show 3 nights and 2 stays. Also I opted to do the Green Choice and notified the reception and they said that it was noted on the system but I have not been credited the points for the SPG Green choice either! After unhelpful phone call answered by Roupin I was advised that he would let the manager know. I called again a few days later to follow up and was given an email for the manager Mr. Shahid. I have sent two emails to the manager Shahid and still haven't heard anything back after a week! This level of service (or lack of service) is disgusting and not worthy of SPG. I am on gold status so I have stayed with many SPG hotels and I must say this one is the worst I have ever stayed at. If you do stay here make sure you check the bill!! I recommend to anybody looking at staying here that you should look at using another SPG hotel in Dubai, not the Four Points SZR. Very, very disappointing! August 6, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic on every level! This is the fourth time I'm staying in this hotel and I now make it my home in Dubai away from home.. Service by staff couldn't be better, all way through, from the concierge, reception desk, breakfast staff, lounge staff and the lovely restaurants. Great value for money. Fantastic rooftop. A bit noisy due to being on the main road but this what makes it also quite convenient, never waited for a taxi more than 10 seconds. Recommended!! June 5, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Central Hotel I found the staff and the attention to detail from them to be very professional. Upon arrival I was upgraded with my SPG membership and found myself in a lovely corner room. This had a few extras and I liked not having to ask for upgrade. The Moroccan restaurant was fantastic with the staff and the food being outstanding. Very central to everything whether you choose to use the metro or the taxis. Excellent bed with very nice linen. Overall a great stay and I will stay here again. I would like to commend to you Tim and Valentine for outstanding customer service. June 4, 2015
