No microwave. Had to ask for a shower chair for a handicapped room. No liners for the trash cans.double size beds are too small. Had to re sign in on the internet each day. Most other places have all of these things.

I got a suite with two beds and a parlor area. Surprisingly, it was lacking of basic amenities. There was no fan in the bathroom and no fridge in the room. There were windows with balcony but all windows were locked shut so there was no way to step out in to the balcony or get air into the room.

Two things need to be addressed...internet connection is always poor here and at the Sheraton on Clay Road. The other is the tv service...PLEASE get rid of Lodgenet...that service is way outdated and reception is poor.

Great staff, so willing to always help out and take care of our needs. Great location for getting to all places quickly. The rooms are nice and well kept.

Hotel staffs were very supportive all the time. I stayed here for 1 month but always supported me for any questions and business needs. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody visiting Houston area.

I have been staying at the hotel for over 6 weeks and staff has made my stay feel like home! Shamoi has been the best. He greets me personally every time I walk in the hotel and has perfectly coordinated all of my reservation requirements. He is extremely personable paying attention to every detail and satisfying my requests to perfection. Melissa has also been great in the bar. She is always engaging and attentive and provides great service.
I feel Shamoi should be recognized for his commitment and service to the guests and the hotel.
I recommend the hotel to all of my friends and business travelers.

My wife and I spent an evening at the Four Points for a date night. We've stayed at the Hotel Sorella before and decided to try the Four Points. The location wasn't great, as you could hear traffic on BW8 and I10 all night. The bathroom was tiny and outdated, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Overall, we should have gone back to the Sorella. The only plus was that we got a suite for less than a regular room at the Sorella. However, the extra space wasn't enough to overcome the shortfalls. I realize that the Four Points is undergoing renovations, but there's still a lot if room for improvement.
