Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent staff I can't understand what's to complain about here. Helpful and kind staff in a great location. Yes the rooms are dated and beds are squeaky but it's a bargain price and they treat their Spg members well. I've spent triple at other Spg hotels and gotten less. September 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by My overall experience My stay at the four points by Sheraton was amazing. First off let me start by expressing my gratitude for their amazing staff. Ms. Gloria and Jesse from the front desk were very accommodating and assisted my needs perfectly. Mr. Jose from maintenance was extremely helpful and very prompt at assisting my needs. My parents who speak little English also stayed in the hotel the same time I did.The bilingual staff was a huge help and made my parents feel extremely welcomed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, you will not be disappointed. July 20, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Hotel Stealing from Guests We booked a night with them recently for a staycation with 2 other couples. I booked all 3 rooms on my credit card. At that time they asked me the names of the other guests. A day after I booked we decided to stay somewhere else. I called the hotel directly and spoke to one of the managers and told him we had 3 rooms and I needed to cancel them. He told me they were canceled. Even Though I canceled them, when the night of the reservation passed they charged me for 2 of the rooms as no-shows. I called and spoke to one of the front desk agents and they told me the person I spoke to only canceled my room and not the other 2 couples. I asked to talk to a manager and they would never return my calls. Finally 2 weeks later I spoke to Monica and she refused to refund my money even though I called and canceled the rooms and it was their mistake they didn't cancel all 3. Do NOT stay at this hotel. I am stuck with $250 in charges for rooms I didn't use. Monica even verified the hotel was not sold out. I didn't cost them anything but they are still refusing to refund my money. Last time I checked this was theft. No services provided but still charging my Credit card. April 5, 2016

Rated 2 out of 5 by Very Run Down Property Staff are great but the property is very run down. The furniture in the rooms are quite worn out and are on their last leg. Their was mildew buildup in the bathroom. This was my 2nd stay here for the year and i liked being able to walk to City Centre and my rate provided free breakfast but I will not return and don't recommend. December 9, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Rusty water and rusty service The pipes are rusted... I checked yelp, and it's been a problem for a very long time. I was given a room and the ground floor, when my platinum preference calls out highest floor. I ordered vegetarian food, it came with meat. This is by far the worst SPG property I've stayed at. Rated 3 out of 5 by Good location, front desk staff needs work I stayed here for work in August 2015 to see if I wanted to stay there for an upcoming long assignment. The location is great. It's a 4 minute walk to the gym, restaurants, etc. My room was modest, but fine. My issue was with several interactions with the front desk. They weren't that warm, couldn't answer basic questions, and only looked at things from their perspective, versus the customer's. My room faced I-10 and was quite load at night. I had to turn on white noise on my phone to drown out the freeway noise. August 25, 2015
