We had to book suddenly due to a death in the family. We chose a suite so our daughter could use the pull out bed in the living room but oddly, there is no dresser or any closet in the bedroom so my husband left all clothes in his suitcase, I hung some things out in the entrance but it is awkward for 3 people to come and go out of the living room to get anything needed. There are no drawers in the bathroom either so things were everywhere! It was just very stark. The night we arrived we had dinner down in the restaurant. All the dishes are PLASTIC! Really? We asked why, they didn't know, the waitress said noone had ever asked that! I'm surprised somehow. To have a hot meal on a plastic plate seems unsanitary somehow and just all in all odd. Because we were going there for 4 days for a funeral we asked if there was a special rate because of the sudden booking needed, there wasn't. So it was very pricey but didn't feel luxurious. To top this all off there were WiFi issues, the internet kept disconnecting so didn't use our computer. All in all it just was disappointing, too bad because the Sheraton reputation is usually great thats why we chose it.

My 5 year old granddaughter was treated like a little princess, from the pool maintenance worker who brought her some pool toys to the desk staff who made her feel special. I have stayed at this hotel several times and the staff have been exceptional. The pool is ideal for younger children as the waterslide is small enough for her to go down unaccompanied. My only negative comment would be that there is no bathtub as it is sometimes difficult to wash a child in a shower.

Very difficult to sleep with noise from joining rooms and air conditioner/fan in window. Also the light around the temperature setting in the wall is very bright and not conducive to sleep.

It took 15 minutes to check in, are paltinum guests not supposed to just simply pick up their key. I had to call back to have my bill e-mailed to me.

We stayed at this hotel on Oct.12,2013. We booked on the Sheraton 4 Points website. While at the hotel, we decided to phone down to the desk at add an extra night's stay. No problem, but an extra $35 was added for the additional night. The reason being that we spoke to an actural person at the hotel & did not use their wetsite. The hotel had plenty of rooms available that night. We are also Starwood membeers.

It is a rare occasion that I arrive home from a road trip and feel the need to submit a review about a hotel. Joanne Foote & staff have figured out how to provide exceptional customer service and how to solve problems. I am impressed with their courteous and respectful handling of the relatively minor problem that arose during our stay. Keep up the good work, 4 Points Sheraton in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
