Rated 2 out of 5 Needs improvement We stayed three nights. We were not recognized as SPG Gold members until we notified the front Desk. The television would not turn off, and when we told the front desk, they said they would take care of it. When we returned to the room, much later, the TV was still on, and the room had not been made up. Also the Wi-Fi only worked one night. July 7, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by the hotel was old and nasty!!! WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED THAT SHERATON WOULD PUT THERE NAME ON THIS HOTEL!! July 3, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't Stay Here The staff took no pride in their work or workplace. There was trash everywhere. The trashcans were overflowing and the staff could care less. The first thing you saw when you walked into the hotel was a full trashcan with no lid and overflowing with trash. The table linens in the breakfast area were filthy. The table service/condiments were not clean. The tables in the breakfast area were not secured to their pedestals and were an accident waiting to happen. The coffee was terrible. I checked out early and went elsewhere. As a SPG Platinum member I was disappointed. I was so amazed that I took lots of pictures. This hotel is a model of inconsistency and neglect. WOW! Rated 3 out of 5 by A few issues with such a new hotel The first thing I noted was the lack of communication from the check in staff. They hardly said anything besides ask for my name and how I would be paying for the room. No information about the hotel, the restaurant or bar, or how to get to the elevators to get to my room. In the room, there was not a plug near the bed to charge my phone. I had to pull out the nightstand to get to the plug behind it. Usually there are outlets in the lamp or accessible without moving furniture. In the bathroom, you had to get INTO the shower to turn it on, and I found the one knob a bit confusion on the shower as well as sink for both hot and cold. I also was not pleased that there was a metal ring on the curtain rod that prevented the drapes from closing fully. There was a shade underneath, but like still was let in. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, as well. Overall, not pleased. June 27, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Frankie Beauchamp The Hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous. The only negative was the bath was rather small closet space was limited. But for one night it was four star. June 29, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs Improvement Main concern is the cleanliness of the place. Stayed 5 days. The main floor public bathrooms were not kept clean. We asked that our linens be changed once during a 5 day stay and the staff left us sheets to change ourselves. This may have been a communication issue since the staff's English was not great. The room is small, but the bed is great. The bathroom has no exhaust fan.and the shower is difficult to start the water without getting the first spray of cold water on you. Overall, the design and upkeep of this relatively new facility was a disappointment. June 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great: Nights' Sleep, Breakfast & Staff The staff was professional, polite, friendly, thoughtful, and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was amazing! Our nights' sleep was HEAVENLY as is always the case at Sheraton. The chef was amazing and just about everyone came back for seconds--probably why they ran out of food so fast at breakfast. We and several other hungry late risers had to wait while they prepared more food. This could've been avoided if the staff member who was working the dining area had kept a better eye on the quantity of available food. (She ordered more plain scrambled eggs but forgot about the eggs with the peppers, potatoes, bacon, and biscuits. Also she didn't notice that the flame went out under the gravy which ended up being cold, until we called that to her attention too.) Maybe she was new. The food was worth the wait!!! The room we were initially assigned smelled odd/like damp and upon my request we were moved a few doors down and to a room which was fine. They resolved any issue I had quickly and professionally. I would definitely come back! June 23, 2014
