Rated 2 out of 5 by FlaDoc A Poor Front Desk Interaction
I just checked in and had to post my frustration. I stay here once to twice a year and am NEVER dissatisfied...until now. I checked in and was assisted by Khaled (SPG Gold not acknowledged). He did not greet me but rather asked for my ID and credit card (which is on file as an SPG member). He provided me with key cards and I left. The key cards did not work, so I left my family at the room door and I returned to the front desk. When I explained my need for new cards, he asked me for ID. Admittedly irritated, I told him that he assisted me five minutes ago and that my wallet was with my family. He simply told me to "Calm Down." No apology or pleasant acknowledgment that I was inconvenienced. I was embarrassed to have been treated this way by a staff member in front of other patrons. I have never had such an experience as a guest at this or any other facility.
Disappointed. I hope the rest of my stay goes better.....

With an early morning flight out of RDU scheduled for the following morning, we booked a room at the Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Durham Airport. Chose this spot because of its close proximity to the airport as well as being in the SPG family. Hotel was easy to find, right off of Airport Blvd. about a half mile from the airport.
We checked in late (around 9:30pm), but check-in was friendly and efficient. I was recognized as the "Guest of the Day" (presumably because I have SPG Platinum status), which entailed a free chocolate bar at check-in and my name on a chalkboard for all to see as they were entering the hotel. Nice and thoughtful touch! Our room was a two double room, spacious enough for what we needed and was quiet and comfortable. We checked out early (4:45am), so we didn't get to experience the complimentary breakfast that was included as a SPG Platinum perk.
Overall, we found the hotel to be clean, friendly, and exactly what we needed for a quick stopover before heading to the airport. It isn't particularly close to downtown Raleigh or downtown Durham (a $20 UberX ride to either), so if you're looking to stay close to some walkable culture and nightlife in the area you may want to look closer to these cities, but for a business traveler headed to the airport, this fits the bill perfectly. We will be back before our next early flight.

After checking in and immediately out of a so called category 4 Sheraton located on Salisbury Street in Raleigh, we made our way to Fourpoints. We were promptly greeted and checked into our room. Information regarding the area and our stay was provided without having to be initiated. The facility was fresh smelling, clean carpets and clean and spacious rooms. The bed sleeps a bit hard providing only a satisfactory nights rest but gets the job done nonetheless. Food options are available on site but we did not utilize this option. Staff is responsive to all inquiries and extremely helpful. The Guest Services Rep, Nicole, worked hard to assist in locating dining options for us and friends we had in the area. Thank you so much for the clean, well sanitize and welcoming facility.

Stayed here for one night with my wife. Did not receive an upgrade as an SPG Platinum member. Front desk staff was great but the staff at the bar were more concerned with their phones than they were with the guests. Room was clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BizTraveller81 Nice Location and Quiet Comfort
Visited this Four Points Hotel on a business trip. Love the ample parking spots, quiet location and convenience in accessing the major freeways.
The room itself was very southern and pretty big. The bar food was good and the service was great.
Would recommend this hotel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Qwa2 Comfortable New 4 Points
While I usually select the Westin and Sheraton branded properties as a platinum guest - this is certainly amongst the best 4 points I've encountered. The only thing I really would love to see them add are some feather pillows (as opposed to just foam.) Stayed 4 nights happily!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Xiaog Front desk staffs are the best!
My family stayed at this hotel on Xmas eve. Around 11pm, I found that I left the gift wraps at home and couldn't find anything to wrap the gifts to my kids. It was already late in the night, all stores were closed. In desperation, I tried the front desk. The associate, Dimit, ran around and found some extra gift wrap for me. It saved my day!

I wanted to let you know that my wife and I received outstanding service from Khaled at the front desk. We needed to send out a FAX that was extremely important and Khaled went out of his way to not only send the FAX, but to confirm that the FAX had been received. I can not tell you how impressed we were with Khaled's customer service skills. He even made me a cup of coffee while we waited! We look forward to returning to Raleigh and your hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and offers outstanding customer service from the Front Desk, cleaning crew, kitchen and bartenders. Highly recommend this property,
