Stayed with my daughter and friends on a great deal. Beautiful room, great staff who fixed a couple of things immediately and happily on a really busy day. Will definitely stay there again.

Stay 2 days in this hotel. Room#925.
NO shower gel. small hand soap available.
LEFT A CLEAR NOTE with the room caretaker after day1. NO BODY CARE. Shower without soap for 2 days. Sheraton should hire someone who can read English.
Internet access die everyday. Need to go down to get new access code each day.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at your hotel in late Feb 2014. The staff was extremely friendly and we were given a free upgrade to our room. As a result we were able to view the Falls without leaving the comfort of our accommodation. The room was very clean and easy to feel relaxed in..very adequate exercise room..nice warm pool....just what we needed to escape from our very cold winter this year...hope to visit with you again soon....

We stayed at this property Feb 14 for 1 night. No complaints about the hotel, or our room everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. But, the amount of noise from other guests ALL night (until about 7am) was unacceptable. We didn't expect to have this issue at a nice property like the Sheraton. Even after a call down to the front desk around 3am did nothing. We mentioned it 3 times at check out and nothing was done for us. Our friends who travelled with us got their valet parking removed. It would have been nice to have the same gesture as the noise was their complaint as well. We won't come back to his property again. :(

We stayed just one night and since it was the first day of mid winter break we had to wait in a line of 50 people to check in. The hotel staff were very polite and patient. Our room was freshly decorated and very clean. The bed was lovely and the price was right.

I had to wait in line for 55 mins in order to check in! That's ridiculous!! My Room had mini curly hairs stuck on the ceiling of the bathroom ... that's disgusting. I would never go back to this hotel location.

Rated 1 out of 5 Very Disappointed.
Upon arrival, my wait in the Platinum line was 35 minutes while the long and winding regular line moved. The two agents manning the Platinum line chatted or were on the phone dealing with two customers, and until I finally spoke up to a passing desk employee, did I get to the front desk.
Then I was told I would not be up-graded.
However, I was informed that I had "a nice room with a city view."
When I got up to the room, I was sorely disappointed. It was small and the so-called city view looked onto a parking lot and hydro towers.
I complained and was told by a manager that I could be moved to another area but the rooms were not as "nice" as the one I was in. I decided to stay and make the best of it.
After dinner and walking around the town, I returned to my room and was kept awake by a dripping faucet in the shower. I finally feel asleep only to be woken up by a garbage truck picking up green bins below my room with the city view!!!
I've been a loyal member of SPG for more than a dozen years and a platinum member for the last three. I have stayed a scores of SPG hotels around the world, and regretfully I must say, my stay at the Sheraton Four Points Fallsview was the most disappointing and worst experience I've ever had.

Check in was quick and easy, parking was near by and valet was self parking which was convenient. The Hotel had several restaurants within it and all were very appetizing. The concierge was very helpful so be sure to visit to obtain local discounts. The staff was very helpful and professional. Once we entered our room we were very pleased with the accomodations. The only disappointment was that there was not a mini fridge in our room.
