We booked this hotel to end our vacation in Malaysia with an high-end lodging. This has been made possible due to the very attractive promotional rate that has been offered.
The accommodation is up to standard: very good location, everything clean and well maintained and the service is very punctional (not that obvious in Malaysia). We especially enjoyed the pool at the 13th floor. Very modern with an exceptional view over the city.
We also went to the bar a couple of times, but, although we were served very well (half a liter Hoegaarden at half price during the happy hour) it lacked some athmosphere as there were only a little number of guests.
We would anyhow recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is new, clean with spacious room. It is centrally located in the town and so convenience for traveller. The staff are so friendly and helpful, particularly those at the front desk.

Although my spouse and I have not yet stayed at your hotel, we first wanted to visit the ground floor eatery called Wrapped. The coffee and tart was fine. However, when we attempted to buy additional baked goods at the advertised 50% discount after 6pm, the cashier clerk responded that because the clock in the cashier machine said "5:39pm" we could not make a discounted purchase. The actual, correct time was 6:01pm. I pointed out to the cashier that his cashier machine clock was wrong- 22 minutes behind the actual time. But he mentioned he had to follow the clock as instructed by the hotel IT dept even if it was not the correct time. So my spouse and I decided to leave. Obviously the cashier machine clock needs to be fixed and it seems to have been neglected for quite a while so that your cashier could not respond positively to my spouse and me as Wrapped customers and as potential hotel clients.

Well, this is my first stay in the hotel. All is well arranged, equipped, convenient, friendly staff and we love this place.
From arrival, during stay, food, services, staffs and eventually departure, all good and we'll definitely come back
