Rated 2 out of 5 by Unusable Facilties!!! Having stayed in numerous hotels and working in asia for a decade now I have never encountered such a low level of customer service and regard! The facilities are appalling, I went to the Pool twice only tp be told there were no towels available, How can a hotel have no towels available? Further to this is the ludicrous policy of wearing a hat whilst swimming in the indoor pool (no other Starwood hotel have requested this) for the I quote "comfort of others" , yet local children were swimming NAKED!!!! The pool attendant had no manners, demanded we purchase the hat for 60 RMB Each! Further to this the hotel allows outside guests in who trash the pool, smoke in the pool area eat food and just create general disruption, This is the WORST experience I have encountered at any facility in Asia EVER! Adding to this the Sauna and Steam room were turned off! It took over 1 hour for them to turn on properly. Having said all that the F and B were amazing! The restaurant was great and their service was amazing, shame about the facilities management! Disgusting! September 24, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful New Hotel Excellent new hotel. My second stay. Great rooms and services normally excellent. This trip no laundry / dry cleaning service available. Lucky I had spare dress shirt for meeting. I'll go back multiple times but carry extra clean clothes...... August 13, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Don't stay here if you are from Europe/USA Nice property. However, air-conditioning switches off at 2.00 am and only starts again at 6.00 am in the morning! Room gets far too hot! The Chinese restaurant only offers white wines from China - served warm and very hard to get an ice-bucket! July 13, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by Zimmer ok, Service bad Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber. Service an der Rezeption und Lobby Bar (außer das öfters Getränke und Essen fehlten) war auch in Ordnung. Der Service vom Restaurant war wirklich schlecht, um 6.30 sind alle Bedienstete zum Frühstück verschwunden und man muss sich um alles selber kümmern. Dauernd fehlt irgendwas oder ist nicht da , oder kaputt. November 5, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by 立地以外は素晴らしい 青島市内からは車で1時間ほどかかるがスタッフ、朝食、部屋は素晴らしい。 日本語のできるスタッフもおり対応も素晴らしい。 朝食の時も他の宿泊者が特別にオムレツをリクエストしていたらちゃんと対応しており素晴らしいのを見ました。 ホテルの周りには何も無く、まだまだこれからでしょう。 October 21, 2013
