Don't stay here unless you absolutely have to. Rooms are worn and tired, carpets stained and ripped, walls filthy, and sheets had hairs on them. No parking, not a great area. Don't know how this hotel keeps it SPG status . Worst SPG hotel I have ever stayed at.

Having stayed at this hotel several time the last 5 years I could not help but notice the decline in the facility condition.
Many staff members seemed to be very new and lacked training.
We did not have a bad experience but certainly not up to expectations we expected from previous visits

I ordered the shrimp as an app and the presentation was good but the shrimp was not cooked ( gray ). I ordered a burger medium well and it was raw in the middle. Fries were good. I was told that they had a bar on the top floor. I went to the top floor and the views were great. I sat at the bar for ten minutes with three people at the bar and was not even reorganized that I was there. I went back down stairs. I travel four nights a week and very unimpressed with the quality of the basic food offered. I will come back but will work on getting food somewhere else as the quality here is level 2 of 10.

Great location, front desk staff responsive to guests, room and bathroom clean. Sophia and co-worker (sorry cannot remember gentleman's name) very helpful. Appreciative of arranging car service. Hallway carpet should be cleaned.

Flew up for a job interview in the area, and stayed one night at this location. While the on site restaurant is quite nice, the one area that could use improvement is the Self Serve Vending Snacks and Drinks at the front counter. No soda, tiny tiny bottles of juice, no prices posted or listed, and bottles of water that are considered FREE in the rooms. Stands room for growth.
Besides that, all else was great...including the evening view of the city skyline from the 7th floor patio! Go check it out!!

Good location to subway, but so are several other hotels that are newer and have better dining options. This is okay, but the others in the area have better food options and exercise equipment. At 1 AM in the morning someone tried to enter my room and had a key to enter - The desk told me the manager would contact me, but he never did, so I think they need work on their responsiveness. I used to stay here 40 nights a year,and felt the service declined. I am giving them another chance and it has definitely improved. The also only offer the 250 point option for platinum, where many other Four Points and Sheraton are at 500. The breakfast is decent, but the menu for dinner needs some work. Quality is good, but options are not great and the desserts are horrible selection. That should be an easy fix. Popsicles would be better choices.

This is one of the absolute cleanest Four Points that I have ever stayed at, the staff is the best and the underground parking was large for NY. The room had a great view of the city and the balcony was perfect.

I had a room that shared a door with a neighboring room, which decided to have a party at around 3AM until 5AM. Other than that the hotel was pretty good and convenient for what I was doing.
