Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges. Children ages three and under dine free when accompanied by an adult (buffet breakfast and buffet dinner only). Children between the ages of 4 and 12 receive a 50% discount off adult meal rates.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Spacious, Quiet Environment and ants Overall the hotel is quite comfortable with tree, large swimming pool oversee the sea. The location is good as it is about 5 minutes drive from the airport. There's no shop around but easily access if you rent a car as Pantai Cenang is about 10-15 mins drive. The down sides will be the ants like to convoy in the room and quiet plenty of them. The house keeping department is not doing their job well as when I arrived all the used plates with leftover foods are left outside the room and the floor is dusty and sticky. I observed bed sheet with some stains as well. If i were to come back again to this hotel, I hope to see this improvement from the management. I notice that plenty of guests complain about the house keeping in the forum and yes, they were right. July 2, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Poor Maintenance Hotel was newly established in 4 Nov 2011, just wonder why the maintenance is so poor. There are mosquito & houseflies around the lobby, room, cafe & greenery. Insecticide need to do regularly. Wall Paint fade out, air con were full of dust & dirt. Water tape & shower tape were broken. House keeping team failed to provide a full set of towel after room tidy up, guest need to order this every day!!! Due to the poor maintenance, it wasted the swimming pool + beach view there! Rated 4 out of 5 by Above expectation The room has been well prepared to welcome us with air-conditioning turned on even before we walk into the room. Feel so afresh once we enter the room from the hot weather outside. It is a spacious room with clean and tidy king size bed and furnitures. Made some request on additional pillow, face towels and 2 pairs of slipper and all the requests were well attended by the guest services team. Well done!! Will recommend this hotel to friends and family members. July 1, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by terrible hotel I spent in this hotel five horrible days. The staff, including the manager,he's local, poor understanding of English. Restaurant offer disgusting food, like a cheap diner, they have only just five dishes to choose from. The menu doesn't change and is always the same five dishes.The hotel location is terrible, there is no place to go at all! Sea is not possible for swim, because of the mud and slime at the shore! The most of hotel staff absolutely helpless. In general, I strongly don't recommend this hotel, if you don't want to spoil your vacation. And the guys from SPG,must think about change the manager of this hotel! April 14, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by There's definitely room for improvement; but better than expected On the whole, this is a really nice hotel. Our room was nice and big, well-lit with big windows, clean and comfortable, though the decoration was a tad spartan. Kenny, from the Front Desk, was warm and very helpful, though many of the other Front Desk staff could use a lot more training. Fadzil, from Concierge, was knowledgeable and helpful in his recommendations. The food in the only restaurant, The Eatery, was better than decent. The Nasi Goreng, was perhaps one of the best I have tasted in any Starwood hotel in Malaysia, and prompted me to give a Platinum Thank You card to the chef who made it. The hotel is rather isolated in its location, but it is close to most of Langkawi's attractions, which are a short taxi ride away, in the north-east of the island. We really enjoyed both our stays at the Four Points this June. July 1, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Private Paradise My first impression when we arrived, the front office staff didn't even smile, promised to call when the room is ready, however, after we ate lunch at the restaurant for more than 30 minutes, there is still no updates about the room and we decided to go to Front Office to check on our room status, and it was ready. The front office (chinese lady) didn't even apologies for making us waiting for more than 30 minutes and it was 4pm (estimation) at that time. At that point of view, I was thinking OMG I'm booking this hotel for my honeymoon?! Is it true this hotel is under sheraton or starwood hotel? When we entered the room, it was very spacious and comfortable, however, there is no towel provided at that time and I tried to call operator but there is no answer and I search for the room attendant myself to get the towel. No one informed us about this issue. The kakak said that the towel is finished and will send to our room shortly. It did came after that. As usual no apologies from the staff side for this issue. We meet the bellman, he was very nice, he work night shift at that time on 10th June itself, he was friendly and do give a lot of information about the place and provide us a map.. 2nd day we there, it is enjoyable because its really privacy but at night a baby cried very loud, I guess it is one of the guest's baby cried but of course couldn't help much on that since it is a school holiday. Our room make up was very late and I did turn away the room attendant due to this. It happen approximately around 2 or 3pm that time which we just came back from rounding Langkawi and we lazy to walk out the room for her to clean our room. During check out time it was fine and the same bellman I meet him in front at the counter however, I didn't remember his name already but he is very friendly and informative. June 23, 2014
