When we arrived two girls behind the counter were the only ones there. The restaurant was closed and the bar was closed at 2:30 p.m. on a Sunday? It has always frustrated me the bar didn't open until 5 but you aren't even able to get food at a normal hour.
Then we were told the shuttle to the mall would only run every 2 hours and that the next one wasn't until 4 p.m. We took a cab there and back because I didn't want to have to wait for them to get there when they decided it was time.
And now I have 3 pending charges on my credit card for a nights stay? We use to stay here a lot but I think I am going to start looking for a new full service hotel where there is an open restaurant at normal times and better service.

The Four Points in Richfield had a makeover recently and it is very nice. The bed was as comfortable as I've ever been in and the room was spotless. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and met all my expectations!

Hotel shuttle worked well for us. The staff is very professional. The room rate was fair for the location. The floor in the entry foyer needed attention, but we are now sure it would be hard to keep up with the street salts dragged in. We did not sleep the best as the room(s) across and next to us had constant in out traffic with a light key wrap on their doors. We wonder still what was going on there. We can only imagine. It went on from night to morning. We will give the hotel a try again though and write the pest neighbors off as one time thing. We did not report this to the staff.

The hotel is close to the airport and Mall of America. There is a shutle service. The pool and fitness center are great.
The rooms were clean. The check in staff was quick and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was perfect.

Rooms nice but too small. I was with 2 kids so it would be good to have a little more room. Customer service exceeds any expectations. Front desk staff truly cares about customers. Carol is great, very professional. They went beyond to satisfy our needs. Thank you Four Pionts

upset about taxi experience. When I checked in couple 1 was in the lobby waiting for taxi. Spent 20-30 minutes checking in, freshing up in room, back in lobby.Was told my taxi would be there in 10-15 minutes. Couple 1 still there, 5 minutes later, girl on duty 2/15 at 4 p.m. accepted $5 or 10 from driver as couple ! entered cab. 25 minutes later still waiting for taxi. Did write nice review for Trip Advisor only small refer to taxi service - dis-service.

This was our 2nd attempt staying at this hotel and it was better than the last but still not what we prefer in a hotel. The rooms are extremely small but they were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a door that joined the room next to ours and you could hear everything. On the plus side, the shuttle to the MOA is great and the new pool area and sitting area are very nice!
