Rated 5 out of 5 by a super/upgraded 4point! Very nice and comfortable. For platinum member: good room upgrade, and a simple happy hour at the lobby bar (too bad a smoking area). Very friendly/helpful staff (called to check any special needs before we came and checked in). Strongly recommended if you visit or drive through this city. A wonderful stay and great value. Rated 4 out of 5 by Very goof facility with poor F&B service I tried this hotel because it is near the property I bought and I found the hotel facility was really great, however, the lobby buffet service definitely needs improvement as I went there at 8:00 pm and buffet was supposed to close at 9:30 pm and I found that some of the meat supply were gone and I told the floor/kitchen service staffs to top up and I was politely declined with the excuse of long preparing/cooking time needed. I do not blame the local staffs because they were telling me the truth but when I told this to the expatriates staff from the management /F&B director “under training”, according to his wording , he was trying to tell the same excuse that really shocked me. I was really surprised to hear such explanation especially when the F&B director who was showing his attitude that such meal supply shortage in the middle of the buffet was acceptable with NO sorry and apology to the customer . I did NOT see any further shortage meat supply since I complained until I left the buffet restaurant at 9:30 pm . This was the first time I have ever experienced such service in a brand named 5 star hotel restaurant environments. I found the same problem for the next morning buffet and it seems this is really "NORMAL" to them and nobody cares it probably because of the management of F&B department . August 18, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Facilities need improvement Although there are all types of ports, the hotel cannot even provide an Audio cable. Dialed the express service line twice looking for an Audio cable. The second time someone promised to help look up but no response afterwards. Seems like they forgot my request just after hung up. In addition, the house wine is out of stock, which is hard to imagine. August 3, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by First Western Guest in this Hotel This is a brand new Hotel 60km south of Beijing in Gu'an. I have been the first western guest in the hotel. Rooms and facilities are excellent and have 5* level. The staff is friendly and tries to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Critics: Communication is sometimes difficult since not all of the staff speaks English. But the Hotel is located in China a little bit out of the Beijing Area and this is ok, since I should also be able to speak a little Chinese for better communication. Room cleaning should also be done on the "elevated" areas (e.g. to of the shelves. But, since the hotel opened only 10 days before my arrival, room-cleaning can still learn about the expectation of frequent travelers. At all I can strongly recommend this hotel at all and will come back. In comparison to the Hilton Hotels, where I stayed the last years, this Hotel has convinced me to turn over to the Starwood Group. Sincerely, Dr Pley March 11, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by No loung and air conditioner doesn't work The staff there are friendly, but not helpful. When I required that the room temperature was so high and ask for turning on the central air conditioning system, the manager denied. He said he needed to save operation cost because of few guests living that day. This hotel also closed their excuitive lounge and the suits. April 20, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by 厚道又宽敞的酒店 第三次入住,但也是升白金后的第一次。由于其他套房已满,就给了我最大的套房,居然有200平左右,太赞了!行政酒廊没开,就安排白金会员直接去西餐厅用Happy Hour,菜单任点,菜品质量很好。整体感觉就是空间非常大、又很厚道的酒店。以后周末休闲还会去! January 15, 2015
