Rated 4 out of 5 by Business Trip My recent stay at the hotel was excellent. I really appreciate the quality of welcome of certain staff. Last year (2014) i came and one of the front office staff was extremely professional and helpful. and when i did my check in she was here again with her professionalism and kindness (Ms Tyrelle) She recognised me and this made me feel a valued customer. Rated 4 out of 5 by Good - but some work needed We had a great 1-night stay at the end of our recent holiday. The upgrade to the Deluxe room was appreciated until we reached it and found these rooms have no privacy between the bedroom and the bathroom, just an opaque glass door that barely covers your modesty. The bed was comfortable, although made with the sheets barely reaching the pillow, so anyone tall is going to find the coverage rather lacking. Skip the free Wifi - you get what you pay for, and this was appalling. Staff were great and the menu (and pricing!) in the restaurant were highlights of the stay. The hotel is well-placed in the Perth CBD & despite my annoyances above, I'd certainly give it another go next time. But accept a Deluxe room only if you're on your own. April 11, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great 3 nights I stayed three nights midweek and enjoyed my time at Four Points. The bar is great and has been a popular addition to the hotel. The valet parking is handy however expensive at $50 per day. Free wifi in the hotel foyer is good, but should be free throughout the entire hotel, hopefully one day! I ordered from the room service menu and received the meal in a brown paper bag, which was very strange. Not sure what is wrong with serving the meal on a tray with linen and knives and forks, I admit I was quite disappointed at the way the food was presented, I've never seen that before in a Starwood property??? Needless to say I ate out the remaining two nights. Overall a great hotel with decent pricing for what is a very expensive city. January 4, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great place to stay in Perth The Four Points was ideal for our stay in Perth - well located in the CBD near restaurants and sights. It was immaculate, and the hospitality shown us as Gold members was very much appreciated - with upgrades in each of our three stays. Staff was exceptionally helpful, going out of their way numerous times to assist us, give us tips and make our stay and travels more enjoyable. December 22, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Service level makes up for a lot This hotel is old and run down. They have tried to refurbish it but their central cooling system is flawed. You cannot control the room temp of your individual room. And the new concept behind the room service bringing food in a bag with plastic silverware and no plate(s) is horrible. I don't really want to pay hotel prices for a meal and receive mcDonalds service!!!! You have got to stop that practice. Neither of the TV's worked in my room upon arrival nor did the clock, but an engineer was there within minutes to fix everything. The Internet drops randomly and was completely unreliable. Management has done a great job training the staff to recognize their repeat, Platinum customers. They remembered that I like a fan in my room (because I cannot control the temp any other way), extra towels and a top sheet. They even went the extra mile and had a fruit plate in my room upon arrival. The staff was helpful, friendly and took good care of me. A special shout out to Tyrelle for all his help throughout my stay. It's too bad that the building is so old and run down. It is in an up and coming neighborhood with the auditorium directly across the street and the new tram station being built nearby. My only wish would be to transfer this staff to a better hotel and it would be a great place. But given the condition of the building and the unreliability of the basic services, I would say this hotel is mediocre at best. And that is only because the staff is so phenomenal! December 20, 2014

This might be the best Four Points I have ever stayed in Based on domestic US stays I have very low expectations but was shocked at how amazing this property was. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was newly renovated so everything is fresh and modern. As a platinum member I was upgraded to a huge suite that was clean, in great condition and very comfortable. I had an amazing welcome amenity waiting - not typical for a Four Points, but so awesome after a long flight form the US . One of the most amazing things about the hotel was the quality and price of the restaurant. Dinner was really great - I couldn't believe I was eating hotel food. Breakfast was good and consistent. I would highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay again. November 12, 2014
