Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst ever Went down to visit my grandson this past weekend and was very, very disappointed with this hotel. the close was spattered with white stuff ( God only knows what it was) stains on the carpet, very dusty, sheets and half the pillow cases inside out, black marks on the bed skirts, bathroom sink didn't drain properly asked for an extra blanket which we never received. Housekeeping never came in and cleaned our room. We had to put our trash out in the hall with out dirty rowels and had to make our own beds. We had to go down to the front desk to ask for clean towels. Weill never stay there again. August 29, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by DON'T BE FOOLED THIS HOTEL IS OVERPRICED, UNDERSTAFFED WITH NON-PROFESSIONALS THAT DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE IN THE RESTAURANT. HAD TO GET OUR OWN NAPKINS AND SILVERWARE. BATHROOMS TINY AND THE ATMOSPHERE IS DARK AND DEPRESSING. August 20, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Back a year later... Hotel still in great shape and the staff continues to be amazing. Great spot and enjoyed an upgrade to a Suite for my 2 night stay. My new standard in town. Breakfast was great at the hotel, but some of the restaurants nearby I can't wait to get back to. July 20, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful stay! We stopped at this hotel on our way home to cut down our driving time. We stayed for one night and we wish we could've stayed longer!! The hotel staff was so nice and helpful from the moment we walked in. Rooms were perfect for our stay. July 17, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by Overcharged and No Response We booked a room for two nights at the Charleston WV Sheraton. The first night, I had cashed in star points and the second night we had taken care of with our credit card. When we checked out, we received an electronic bill and I didn't check it, because I had assumed (my fault) that it was all set. When I received my credit card statement, I noticed that they charged me for the two nights, which would have been okay, except that they also cashed in my star points. I've been trying to reach the manager, to get this sorted out and have not had any luck. I'm very frustrated. We've only had problems with Sheraton at the Charleston location, not any other. We've had mix ups before and I'm not sure that I want to stay here again. I hope that this get sorted soon. I'd appreciate a response from someone. June 28, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Very clean and neat The worst breakfast that I have ever had at a very nice hotel and had to pay a very expensive price for it. Food was cold and service was very slow. Would not recommend the breaskfast, but the hotel was very nice and clean. May 22, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Front desk checkin We arrived at the hotel at 2:17 to check in after driving quite a way to arrive there. We were told there is no check in before 3:00 pm. Really you call that good service. You made us wait 43 minutes before I could check in. Now don't tell me there was not a room available in that whole hotel. I did notice though at check in it was a new person who was very nice. Did the previous person just not want to work? Upon check out the next day I had to wait for that same clerk that would not check us in, to finish her smoke break before I could check out. Where is the customer service ? Why do customers just have to wait to accomdate your staff! Very poor service. March 30, 2016
