Rated 5 out of 5 by Phoenix13 Mini-Vacation, Exceptional Service
To begin: this was literally a last minute trip for me and my daughters. The plan was to have a "mini-vacation" (read: stay at a hotel) in honor of my youngest daughter's birthday. After driving an hour in a torrential rain storm, we made it to the hotel with only 9% battery life on my cell phone. Upon reaching the front desk, we were checked in expeditiously and with extreme professionalism. I inquired about a charger for my cell phone, and was told that if one could be located, they would deliver it to my room. En route to our gorgeous room, we were given directions by - unbeknownst to us- the general manager. After settling in, the GM delivered a charger to our room and told me to hang on to it for as long needed. I was floored by this!
One of my daughter's favorite thing to do is order room service. While the hotel doesn't offer "traditional room service" options, the gentleman who operated the in-hotel restaurant was pleasant and delivered out food to us. One word: DELICIOUS! Everything was handmade, including the chicken tenders (real strips of chicken breasts) and the burgers (flavorful).
The room was quite spacious and we enjoyed our night's slumber. The next morning, I returned the charger to the front desk and checked out without any issues.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for other travelers. It does sit very close to the airport, but we did not hear any air traffic as mentioned in previous posts. We plan to return to OKC soon and more than likely will revisit this establishment. Thank you for making our weekend great!

Sydney took care of my mother in law after she had several delays and could not complete her trip with two small grand children. She worked with me over the phone and got a room set last minute.
Thank you, Sydney, for the excellent customer service!

The entire staff couldn't have been nicer. I was a bit frazzled having to make last minute plans which required me to be in Oklahoma City. My stay was stress free from the shuttle, check in to hospitality. Beds were comfortable and I had a good night's rest.

For the price point this is about as good of a hotel as you can find. It is no doubt older but well kept on the interior and the rooms are well appointed. The restaurant is good for the convenience and price. Most convenient hotel to the airport by far. Many times you can snag a special rate that included 14 days of parking at the hotel for about $5-$10 more. This saves on airport parking by parking at the hotel and using the hotel shuttle to the airport which is at most a 1 min ride away.

For a business traveler the staff of a hotel can make or break your experience, the Four Points at OKC Airport are THE BEST.

There was no elevator so I had to haul my heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs. The room was clean but the bathroom needed cosmetic repairs.

Good option for an airport hotel. Nothing spectacular but nothing too concerning either. Rooms were clean but older while still being maintained well. Consistently has great parking rate packages making it cheaper than airport parking.
Rated 3 out of 5 by NM61713 Night Manager
Are you ready for a story? My husband, niece and I were going to Reno this month (the 14th); and stayed in your facility on the 13th. All was really good on that day, and they even made a reservation for us for the day that we returned becasue it would be late when we arrived. We called and they sent the van to pick us up and then is when things went bad. My husband was helping my niece get her things into her car and so I wnet inside to check in. The night manager came to the desk and I told him that we had a reservation and gave him the card that we had been given. He took it from me and threw it across the desk, and ask me my name. I gave it to him and he then asked me how many keys I wanted. I told him 2 and he swiped them to activate them and told me that I was in room 149. Then he kind of chuckled and said; "Just head down the hall until you come to 149"; and walked away. He did NOT tell me that 149 was all the way around the building and that it would have been easier to move our car around back. So with 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks and my purse I proceeded to following his instructions. This was at 11:00 p.m. after being in airports all day. I told my husband what the night manager said and did after he got to our room and he went to talk to him. He told my husband that he was upset becasue he had an argument with someone on the phone. NOT MY PROBLEM! Not the way you should treat a customer that had nothing to do with the argument.
