La Torre Restaurant hosts up to 150 guests in a grand space marked by stylised Turkish elements and a vivid spacial creativity. The main dining room is divided into distinct yet complementary seating areas. Square wooden tables stand on a rich dark parquet floor, surrounded by midcentury modern-styled chairs in dark wood, wrapped in light fabric. A row of dramatic raw wooden beams hangs suspended from the lofty ceiling, interspersed by glass pendant lights in soft jewel tones. One side of the main room is covered by a floor-to-ceiling wall of mirrored glass, which in turn is covered by an airy wooden grid from which small metallic lanterns disperse a dazzling shimmer of light. In front of the mirrored wall, round black leather banquettes embrace smaller round dining tables. On the opposite side, sliding doors of open metalwork create an artful divide to other sections of the restaurant.
Large floor-to-ceiling windows frame the separate entrance of the restaurant and afford diners a lovely view of the city beyond. The bar area to the left of the entrance serves a world-class selection of Turkish and international wines as well as signature cocktails. A separate winter garden—available for private events of up to 80 guests—is held in soft shades of gray and natural wooden tones. Each oval table is surrounded by softly upholstered gray banquettes and separated from its neighbours by an intricate metal trellis. Stylised Turkish lanterns in gray hang above each table. In addtion to the many elegant indoor options, the restaurant's generous outdoor terrace is a particularly popular location for al fresco breakfasts and business dinners under the stars.
The hotel’s team of award-winning chefs has created an elaborate Mediterranean menu that incorporates the many cultural influences that represent Istanbul. Favourite Italian dishes have been reinterpreted using exotic elements from Iberia, the Levant and even Maghreb.
