Conference and banquet facilities are available at Le Méridien Ibom Hotel & Golf Resort for up to 1,000 people. The main conference hall is about 1,100 square meters (11,821 square feet) including pre-function area and two halls. Eight breakout function rooms can hold 10 to 40 guests and the private meeting/dining room is available for up to 30 people. An outdoor patio is available for receptions of up to 500 people.

All meeting rooms feature High Speed Internet Access points.
