Staff was not helpful/friendly. Especially at reception. The exception was at the business center, which was very helpful.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Le Meridien. The hotel is modern, staff very friendly and the breakfast buffet was a dream! I would definitely stay here again any time.
The only thing I was a bit unhappy about was that you could hear pretty much everything that was going on in the hall way. The doors seem pretty 'thin' and I would wake up once or twice a night when one of the other guests closed their doors (this made quite some noise).

Everything was real good as expected. I was assigned in room 2159 and I just can't get over the smell in the bathroom. It smells like sewer whenever you get in it looks like it is coming from the toilet itself. At ight, I just close the bathroom sliding dorr so I won't smell it. Please look into this and hoping you will be able to fix it.

We are enjoy our KL trip because of to stay here. Excelent location, great staffs, clean room and very comfortable bed.

Besides the beautiful, luxurious design of the hotel, lobby and room, I was impressed by the service of the staffs. They were polite all the time, and of course quick to help when we had any inquiries. Nice atmosphere too at the club lounge. Nice food, a combination of asian and western dishes. I was missing cheese cake though. Just me. :)

Well....from the Checkin to the Checkout, from the Service and the Cleaning, from the Breakfast to the Lunch and Dinner offers, from the Building, the Facilities until the Reachment of the Hotel. Just Everything was just a really good and beautiful experience for us. Masallah! Le Meridien Abu Dhabi was very Horrible but you did great. Very Well done and Thanks a lot to the Kuala Lumpur Hotel Team. Greetings from Turkey
