This is a nice hotel from the outside but very ugly inside. I had a room with cracked window, ceiling was leaking every time it rained and kept me up all night, door lock was busted and broken one day when i got back from work and lastly they messed up one my of my favorite shirt by spilling bleach on the sleeve and kept it all night just to prove they can clean it and returned it next day with a bleach mark on it. Hotel manager didn't do anything to make it up and there won't be a next time for this hotel...

This is my 3rd times stay in this hotel and as expected the service render to Lifetime Platinum is satisfied and from upgrade to suite room and staff friendliness and take pride in their work, i have no further comments.
The only thing i found the quality drop is on the food in the restaurant for breakfast, the food taste alright but some of the food was look badly on the presentation, the oatmeal is prepare in very bad way where by the food is not warm enough and the oatmeal was in a cluster batch , this is not a 5 star hotel standard.the same thing is happen on two days even though i had told one of the staff in the restaurant,
The fitness center changing room was poorly maintain on the cleanliness and hygiene, the locker room was smell badly and although the hotel open up the membership for the public but this can be one of the area that destroy the entire image of such a beautiful hotel.

When I checked in they notified me the swimming pool is open at 8 am. I told them I need to swim at 6 am when I travel. They accommodate my request and have their staff open the door for me at 6 am. This really impressed me with CAN DO attitude. Nancy from executive lounge has good attitude and show great service through my stay. She can set up good model for the rest of team what's SERVICE required in satinwoods hotels.

This is definitely the best property I've ever stayed at among spg hotels. Front desk staff was extremely helpful with the room upgrade to a much larger business deluxe room and a issue I encountered with parking coupon. One of the concierge staff was professional in giving directions to Kaifeng and places of interests around the city, and he also gives good insight to the city with his knowledge as a native there. But, staff members who were standing by the elevators on the basement level seems not responsive at all when I was approaching the elevator with luggages around both my hands. Room has no window access so it is relatively hot during the night, even if I turned up the AC for a bit. Overall this should be the best artsy hotel in Zhengzhou with good services and location.

- hotel staff forgot to input my stay at nights to my membership, the record show me check in and check out at same date 2/24/2014. Which in fact I stayed 4 days, however only one day been captured.

Rated 4 out of 5 by HENANTIZEN the most spacious room in my SPG staying
I was upgraded from a standard double bed room to a business double bed at checkin because of my Gold SPG membership. When I was told that the room will offer more space for 2 guests, I doubted: Yeah, right, it's not a suite, how much more room it might offer. I was really surprised when I entred the room. It IS spacious. It has around 90 m2. I spent the night with my sister very relaxed in the room.
