I enjoyed my 3rd trip to the hotel in 3 years. It has a great location, lots of restaurants nearby and shopping too.
The front desk staff was great. Very helpful and friendly.
Platinum benefits were a bit lacking and no room upgrades available.
The lounge is very nice. Breakfast is great but there was always a challenge wth the coffee machine up there. The staff in the lounge is very helpful and nice too.
I love the rooms. They are extremely comfortable and the bed and pillows are my favorite. In addition, I just love the shampoo and conditioner so I always love staying here.
I'd highly recommend the hotel\.

If traveling on business, don't expect a receipt. They'll email you asking you to fill out a survey -- but won't email you your receipt even if you ask for it.
And don't forget your key when you go to the Club lounge -- no one there to let you in.
Great hotel otherwise ... love the ille coffee maker in the room!

Stayed here for 3 months. Really great customer service! All stuffs get to know me and were always helpful. It has good rooms and fascilities, and is located in a great shopping mall. Will definetly come back once get a chance!

I have nothing negative to say in regards to the hotel, staff or my stay. I hosted a birthday party in the El Tapeo lounge with around 20 people. Sonia was great in giving me information and setting up a great area for me. Our waitress Karin was very good at meeting mine and my guests needs.

We decided to come to the hotel on a Friday evening, enjoy a relaxing and quiet meal at the fine Spanish restaurant El Tapeo at the hotel (we had been there once before) and then spend the night. Unfortunately, we arrived for our 8:30 reservation only to be met with loud beats blaring from speakers set up in the bar adjacent to the restaurant...a DJ had been hired to blast music for the bar from 8pm until closing on the weekends. We would have ended up shouting at each other over the meal so we left after complaining to the hostess and the manager, the latter who was somewhat apologetic but mostly dismissive. Obviously we weren't her target clientele so what did she care? Fortunately there were other restaurants nearby and we were also helped by the front desk staff who were sympathetic to our problem and gave us coupons for breakfast. Why would the restaurant want to basically shut down for dinner at 8pm on the two busiest dining nights of the week? A terrible decision. Needless to say, the restaurant was practically empty.

The hotel was just like the website stated. Just beautiful and the staff was very nice and on point. Would recommend in a heart beat. Location is great with shopping and restaurants nearby!

Enjoyed a wonderful 1 night stay in June 2015. Hotel restaurant was superb. Had access to lounge which was great. We really enjoyed this hotel. Was a very quick visit and look forward to returning again. Highly recommend.

This hotel isn't necessarily the prettiest from the outside, but it's great on the inside. If you're not familiar with the brand, it's one of SPG's best, and this property is no exception. It is more expensive for sure, but what a great stay for your money.
