We had a wonderful visit! The rooms were fantastic, the lobby was very cool, the location was central…..the staff was accommodating at every turn. Would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone, and we are picky picky picky!

This was not one of our favorite hotels; although the rooms are beautiful, we returned back to the hotel after a long day (4pm) and the room was not cleaned up; after we complained, toiletries were not replaced; coffee was not replaced; extra towels were not added

First let me tell you that the room that we were in was excellent (615). The accomodations were eye pleasing and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds that we have ever slept in. If possible, could someone let me know if I can purchase this brand of bed? Please! I would only suggest that there be a sheet under the comforter that one could cover with and not be forced to use the heavy, warm comforter all night long. When the A/C kicked on (very effective) my wife and I were comfortable. Being covered with the warm comforter we were warm when the A/C was off. At one point my wife commented that I was sweating.
We came prepared to enjoy the weekend at the pool prior to our trip to the beach next month. We were surprised that there was no pool. We were told that a pool was being constructed in a spot which was just a dirt lot?
The next morning, (Sat.) the coffee pot in the lobby was empty at 9am.
When we returned to the room around 4pm Saturday we found the room had not been cleaned. When I called o report that my room wasn't cleaned it took more than 5 minutes before someone answered my "operator" placed call. There was no indicator on the phone of what extension to call to reach housekeeping so I had to call the operator and wait for assistance. The gentleman said that he would send some right away. I told him to give us an hour because we were showering. Within 10 minutes a maid knocked then opened the door as we were dressing- I asked her to come back in 30-40 minutes.
When the room was cleaned, a new set of shampoo, soap, etc were not placed in the room.
The in-room coffee was not replaced necessitating my getting dressed in Sunday AM and coming down to the lobby to obtain coffee. The pot was empty at 8:20am but someone in the restaurant was very nice and obtained 2 cups of coffee for me.
The staff at the desk and at the Valet were very pleasant during each encounter.
Sorry to be negative but if these things are not mentioned you will never know what to address in order to receive an excellent by all of your customers. Thanks for reading this.

I visited Dallas and Le Meridien The Stoneleigh for an extended stay. The staff were very attentive and courteous and the room and accommodations beyond comfortable and luxurious. I was so surprised to be Guest of the Day. The staff - from top to bottom - were marvelous. So many positive things to mention, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend.

The room was spectacular - huge sitting area, gigantic closet, great windows, and amazing bathroom. The staff was also very kind. The two main issues were a lingering smell of corn chips and poor sound insulation. Not sure if it was the carpet or the furnishings, but it smelled as if there were sweaty gym shoes in the room. Also, we could hear every noise and conversation occurring in the hallway. We attempted to take a nap right after checking in, and it appears that's the same time that housekeeping does the final checks on all rooms. I swear it sounded like someone opened all of the doors on both sides of the hall only to shut them loudly one by one.

My first stay back since majority of install of new features is complete..Outdoor patio with fire pits and pool to come. Great big room on high floor with a plaque on the the wall,mapping out the history. Hotel has come through major renovation while retaining roots and charm of past. I just need my email to ding with a folio for room charges, bit of a pain as corp charges needed to include only room and tax. I promptly got ever other bill, parking, lunch etc Night and afternoon staff at front desk were great. Overall I give a 10 for the experience over last two days.

My husband and I had a teenager-free weekend and had a lovely stay at the Stoneleigh. The rooms are very nice, large, and clean. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

I am a very loyal SPG member and I have to say that Le Meridien, The Stoneleigh is one of the best hotels I've stayed while in Dallas. I've been to Dallas a dozen times in the past year and have stayed at another SPG hotel. This is the first time and I think I will be staying here for now on during my trips to Dallas!!! I was so amazed when I initially opened the door...the room was beautifully decorated!! I had to take pictures of the spacious room and I posted them on Facebook (I hardly do that!!) Thank you for the great stay! One drawback...$24 parking charge. Otherwise, it's worth the stay! Coming from San Francisco, this hotel really impressed me!
