When travelling on business, make the most of your time with services catering directly to your needs, such as our Express Check Out service and Le Méridien Business Class package, designed to give you the upgraded comforts and services you associate with business class travel.
For the times when time matters, Express Check Out enables you to arrange your departure with ease at any time of the day or night. If you wish to pay using the credit card details supplied to us on arrival, when it comes to your departure simply return your hotel bill in the envelope provided to the Express Check Out box in the hotel foyer. We will send you a receipt within one business day. No fuss, full flexibility.

At Le Méridien, welcoming families is a pleasure for us, and we’ll do whatever we can to make the stay go with ease. At most hotels up to two children under 12 years are accommodated free when sharing a room with one or two adults, with cots and extra bed available and free of charge. When enjoying the delights of a Le Méridien resort, your children won’t want to leave once they discover our Penguin Villages and Clubs, providing activities designed just around them.
Making a stay special for our Junior Guests is every bit as important as it is for our regular guests. Children staying with their families will love the broad range of activities and experiences at the Penguin Village, or in some locations, Penguin Clubs, at Le Méridien resorts around the world.
It means freedom for children and for parents, allowing each to explore and discover what makes each Le Méridien resort unique and memorable in its own way.
The Penguin Village is available for 0 up to 12 year olds, divided into a crèche for 0 up to 3 years old and separate groups for ages 4 up to 12 years old, both run by experienced supervisors. Ideally, dependent on the number of children in the hotel at a given period, the 4 to 12 year olds will be grouped by age.
Activity programmes will have a balance between sports, workshops, games and more educational activities, respecting the children’s cultural and ethnic customs.
As well as keeping them entertained, special children’s menus and refreshments will be served to keep our Junior Guests nourished. Our goal is to provide fun for children, peace of mind for parents.
