InAcqua Restaurant is located directly on the Grand Canal in the heart of Venice, steps from St. Mark’s Square, affording inspiring views of the city’s most famous landmarks.
Chefs Roberto Conighi and Riccardo Porracin combine tradition with the latest techniques to create unique experiences daily. Seasonally inspired dishes highlight the rich flavours from Venice and the Venetian Islands as well as other regional Italian fare.
The chefs have designed a wellbeing-focused concept with no fat, no sugar free, and a moderate amount of salt. Rich in taste and nutrients, this culinary journey is inspired by the Venetian lagoon, and composed of ingredients sourced locally from the Veneto.
During warmer months, guests are invited to dine al fresco on the terrace overlooking the canal.
Surrounded by the Grand Canal and majestically suspended over its gentle stream, the Floating Table is Venice’s most romantic setting for special celebrations. Ideal for marriage proposals, honeymoons, and anniversaries, this tribute to love reflects the uniqueness of Venice and ensures unforgettable experiences.
The Floating Table is located on an intimate private pier that immerses diners in the romance of the lagoon, amid gliding gondolas and the melody of serenades. Tableware and special decorations are set upon a crystal-clear Murano plate glass.
For breakfast, let our specially crafted SuperFoodsRx™ menu nourish your body and kick start your day with dishes packed with nutritious whole grains and antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables.
For our smaller diners, we offer a tempting children’s menu as well as a discounted price on regular menu items. Meals for children under three are always on the house. We are also happy to offer options for those guests with special dietary needs.
