Astor Ballroom

The 3,000 square-foot John Jacob Astor Ballroom offers 1,500 square feet of pre-function space and gracefully accommodates up to 190 guests for sit-down banquets. Coral tiles adorn the furnished pre-function area with elegant glass doors. It sits between the ballroom and the Astor Terrace, a hand-crafted wooden terrace framed by indigenous trees and flora. The main Ballroom, with 21-foot ceilings and classic décor is the perfect venue for gala celebrations as well as business functions. It may be divided into three sections, each with a large square chandelier with candle-shaped lamps. The room is easily transformed to suit your occasion with an array of lighting options.

The Hibiscus room offers a total of 1,000 square feet with a center partition to divide it into two rooms. There is also a third room for breakout sessions.

The 504 square-foot Acacia room is perfect for smaller meetings, with space for up to 40 people.

The contemporary, dark wood-paneled John Jacob Astor Board Room seats 12 with a conference table and a plasma screen television. Furnished with a custom-built conference table and 12 leather executive chairs, this boardroom serves as an ideal venue for private meetings on a more intimate scale.

Additional spaces include the Molasses Club House with indoor and outdoor seating opening to a beautiful oceanfront lawn with a view of the spectacular 18th hole of our Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course.

The breakout rooms are all similar in size and have an independent entrance and vestibule adjoining the Business Center. The adjoining lawns provide an inviting venue for cocktails for up to 300 guests.
