The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver offers a world-class meeting and conference facility that reflects our cutting-edge urban destination. Rebuilt in 2001 based on client feedback and decades of experience, our Conference Center boasts the largest hotel ballroom in Western Canada, plus sun-drenched pre-function spaces. Large foyer areas are perfect for exhibitions, and dividing walls are available for very flexible meeting space. All meeting rooms feature state-of-the-art technical capabilities.

We are a proud adopter of sustainable meeting practices. In the interest of reducing our carbon footprint, the hotel has installed individual climate control in every meeting room, ensuring that vacant rooms have their heating and cooling reduced as required. The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver is also a BC Hydro Power Smart Partner, which means we have been certified by BC Hydro in areas of efficiency and conservation practices.

Our premium harbor-side location in downtown Vancouver is excellent for a unique group experience, with easily dispatched, one-of-a-kind group excursions, such as dinner cruises, sailing charters, fishing charters, and harbor tours. A beautiful outdoor venue exists in our manicured gardens, with serene harbor views.
