Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Hotel features 28 connecting rooms between 4 room types. These rooms are subject to availability on request. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Cribs are provided upon request and are free of charge. Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guest must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 6 years of age or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with 1 paying adult. A mandatory charge of 35 EUR plus tax applies for children 7 to 12 years of age. The fee includes breakfast, access to children facilities and bedding.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
Confirmation of departure date will be verified upon check-in. Please be advised that a fee of 105 EUR will apply to all early departures after check-in.
The hotel’s facilities are accessible to guests with disabilities. Some Deluxe Rooms are accessible and are available upon request. They feature entrance door widths of 85 centimeters and adapted bathrooms with walk-in showers and low shower taps and toilets. Equipment—including indoor and outdoor electric wheelchairs, walking frames, scooters, and baby buggies—is available upon request from LeRo (www.lero.net). Dogs up to 18 kilograms are allowed. All dogs must stay in the guestroom. Cats and other pets are not allowed. A Sheraton Sweet Sleeper® Dog Bed is available for guests with dogs. Guests must sign a liability waiver at check-in..
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and inside public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 Euro cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy. Smoking is only allowed in specified areas outside the hotel near the swimming pools.
Check Cashing Policy
Personal checks are not accepted. Travelers checks are accepted for payment or exchange with valid passport.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
100% of the stay will be charged upon arrival at check-in. Additional charges during the stay will be charged at checkout.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are accepted at the resort, are subject to availability, and can be confirmed only by the resort due to contracted tour-operator allotments. Please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our reservations department is available from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
The hotel accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Diner’s Club credit cards. At check-in and checkout, the cardholder must present a credit card and valid identification.
Third-party credit card payments are not permitted. Only bank transfers that are arranged 7 days in advance are permitted. Please contact the resort directly for additional information.
Direct Bill: Direct billing is available to companies that have established a direct credit agreement with the hotel’s accounting department. The company to be invoiced must send a fax to the hotel with request of invoice prior to guest arrival. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back.
