Thai law prohibits serving alcohol to minors under 18 years old. Guests must show valid identification when ordering alcoholic beverages.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services are available for a fee. 24-hour advance reservations are required.
Check Acceptance Policy
We regret that checks are not accepted as method of payment. However we are pleased to accept cashier's checks.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel offers connecting rooms, subject to availability at check-in. Requests should be placed during the reservation process.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Early Departure Policy
We ask guests to confirm their departure date at check-in. At that time, guests may change their departure date without penalty only if their rate-plan permits.
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to welcome guests early based on availability. To guarantee a room for early arrival before 3pm, we ask that guests reserve the night prior. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability.
In accordance with the Green Program, guests are given the option to defer laundering of towels and linens for one day or more. Recycling bins are available in all guest rooms.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer extra beds upon request, for a fee. Guests may pay a single fee for a bed and one buffet breakfast per day.
Family Plan Policy
There is no extra charge for child twelve (12) years of age and under when sharing the same room and utilizing existing bedding. There is a maximum of two children allowed per room. There is no charge for breakfast for children under three (3) years of age. Child breakfast charges apply for children three (3) to twelve (12) years of age. Normal breakfast charges apply for children thirteen (13) years of age and above.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
All guests are required to present either a foreign passport or Thai identification card upon check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request, depending on room availability. For a late checkout between 2pm and 6pm, an additional charge of 50% of the room rate will apply. Late checkouts after 6pm incur an additional charge of a full-night's room rate.
Regrettably, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
We accept international credit cards for prepayment and reservation guarantees. Please note that the credit card used to reserve a prepaid rate must be presented upon check-in. If booking on behalf of someone else, individuals must contact the hotel directly to arrange third-party billing.
Children under the age of 12 may not use the swimming pools unsupervised.
We are pleased to accommodate requests for smoking or non-smoking guest rooms. Please note that by Thai law, smoking is not permitted in restaurants, bars, meeting rooms, or public areas of the hotel. There are designated smoking areas on the riverside terraces and in front of the hotel.
A 7,000 THB cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy and smokes in a non-smoking room. A 2,000 THB fine will be charged to any guest who smokes in a public area.
A 30-day visa granted at airport immigration upon arrival is required for most nationalities. Longer stays require a visa from the Royal Thai consulate in the guest's home country. Check with a travel agent or visit http://www.thaiembdc.org for more information.
