Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are subject to availability at check-in and cannot be confirmed prior to arrival.
Extra Bedding Policy
All guest rooms may accommodate one extra bed per room, for a fee.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds may incur extra charges. Baby cots are included in the room rate and measure 50 centimeters by 80 centimeters.
The resort offers a waitlist. Please contact us directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guests should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is available upon request and subject to availability upon check-in. Guests wishing to guarantee early arrival must reserve a room for the previous night.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed upon check-in. An early departure fee may apply to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver's license, passport, and/or proof of age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Children under 16 years of age must present an Identification card or Hu Kou Ben document upon check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to offer late checkout, upon request and subject to availability. A fee equal to 50% of one night's stay will apply to guests checking out before 6pm. After 6pm, the full room rate will apply.
The resort has two disability accessible rooms and can provide a wheelchair upon request. Please contact Service Express® to arrange TDD equipment or inquire about wheelchair availability.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification). Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the resort or to remove alcohol from the premises.
Pets are not allowed.
Health & Well-Being Policies
We are pleased to accommodate requests for smoking or non-smoking guest rooms. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in additional cleaning fee.
Check Acceptance Policy
No personal checks are accepted.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the resort directly.
