Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room. Photo identification will be verified upon check-in.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available for a surcharge and are subject to availability. Please contact the resort’s manager on duty directly to make your request.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer rollaway beds upon request. Rollaways are only available in guest rooms with a king-size bed.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
We are happy to accommodate early arrivals, based on availability. Checking in before 12pm will incur a fee equal to 50% of the room rate. For guaranteed arrivals before 12pm, guests must reserve the room for the previous night at the full room rate.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed at check-in. If you plan to depart early, please notify the resort at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
We are happy to offer late checkout, upon request and subject to availability. For checkout between 12pm and 1pm, we charge 50% of one night's room rate. Checkout after 1pm will incur one night's room rate.
The resort is fully compliant with ADA and offers ADA Accessible Rooms.
Alcoholic beverage service is only available to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Pets are allowed. There is a limit of one pet per room and a non-refundable cleaning fee of 50 USD. Guests will be given rooms on the lower floors for easy access to the designated pet-walking areas.
Health & Well-Being Policies
In keeping with our Breathe Westin™ initiative, all guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Acceptance Policy
No personal checks are accepted. Company checks are accepted and must be received a minimum of one week prior to arrival.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
