Accessibility Policy

We are pleased to offer disabled access at the resort entrance, as well as three accessible guest rooms (subject to availability). For wheelchair availability, please contact our concierge to make arrangements; a 500 CNY deposit is required for rental.

Alcohol Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older (with valid photo ID) to be served alcoholic beverages. The resort does not allow guests to bring or remove alcohol from the premises.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with valid identification to reserve a room.

Check Policy

The resort does not accept personal or traveler's checks as a form of payment.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available upon request and are subject to availability upon check-in.

Early Departure Policy

Guests must confirm their departure date at check-in. Any early departures may incur a charge of up to 100% of the confirmed length of stay.

Early Arrival Policy

Early arrivals are subject to availability at check-in. To guarantee an early arrival, guests must reserve a room for the previous night.

Extra Bedding Policy

We are pleased to provide one additional bed per room, subject to availability.

Family Plan Policy

Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room.

Gift Certificate Policy

To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the resort directly.

ID Requirement

Chinese citizens must show a valid ID upon check-in while non-Chinese citizens must present a valid passport and visa to check-in.

Late Checkout Policy

We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts, subject to availability. Checkouts between noon and 6pm will incur a fee of 50% of the room rate. Checkouts after 6pm will incur a fee of 100% of the room rate.

Currency Policy

Please note that all prices at the resort are quoted in Chinese Yuan Renminbi (CNY), do not include taxes or gratuities, and may be subject to change.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed.

Payment Policy

We are pleased to accept cash, credit cards, company checks, and bank transfers as forms of payment. Overseas credit cards must be presented upon check-in and local credit cards can only be authorized on-site. We do not accept third-party credit card authorizations for payment.

Pool Policy

The outdoor pool is available to resort guests only. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Smoking Policy

Non-smoking guest rooms are available. If evidence of smoking is found in a non-smoking guest room, a cleaning fee will be charged based on the extent of the damage.

Visa/Passport Policy

All visitors to China are required to have a visa and must present their passports upon check-in. Please contact the resort for further information.

Waitlist Policy

We are pleased to offer a wait list. Please contact the resort directly to be placed on the wait list. Guests must provide a contact phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
