Connecting Room Policy

Twenty percent of the hotel rooms at this property are connecting. Although we can not guarantee connecting rooms we will do our best to accomodate you.

Credit Card Policy

A hold of $300.00 will be placed on your credit card at check-in. This hold will remain for the entire stay.

Currency Policy

All rates are quoted in US dollars and cannot be changed once the guest has checked-in.

Early Departure Policy

The hotel will impose a charge of 50% of the room rate for each night cancelled after check-in.

Early Arrival Policy

Standard check-in is at 3:00pm. We understand that travel plans may force you to arrive to the property in advance of the standard check-in and will try to accomodate you. If you'd like to guarantee a room for an early arrival, we are happy to do so for 50% of your room rate. Early arrivals before 7am will be charged a full night's room and fees. In the event we do not have a room available (before the 3pm check-in time) we will store your luggage for you.

Extra Bedding Policy

Our Whatever/Whenever® service will be thrilled to provide extra bedding for specific room categories with king beds, available upon request for a fee. Rooms with twin beds cannot accommodate rollaway beds. Please contact the hotel for more information on associated charges.

Facility Use Policy

Spa Guidelines

  • Guests of The Spa must be at least 16 years of age.
  • The Spa is a non-smoking environment
  • Cell phone use is prohibited on spa premises and all cellular devices should be turned off prior to entering spa reception.
  • The Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Arrival Procedures
We recommend that you arrive at The Spa at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can enjoy the optimal spa experience. We also recommend showering prior to your service in order to receive maximum treatment benefit. Please note that should you arrive late for your treatment, your technician may have to shorten the duration of your service so to not inconvenience other guests. Full rates would still apply in this instance.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your appointment, we require notification 24 hours in advance. Full payment is required should cancellations be received after this time.

Automatic Gratuity
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all Spa treatment prices upon check-out. Should you wish to increase or reduce this amount based on your service satisfaction, please notify a front desk attendant upon check-out. Envelopes are provided at the front desk should you wish to leave a cash gratuity. (p81)

Family Plan Policy

Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide can be issued at this property. Please contact the Concierge Department for more information.

SVO Housekeeping Policy

Housekeepers are available to clean rooms everyday. All rooms are scheduled to be cleaned by 3:00pm.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.

Late Checkout Policy

We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request. In the case of a late check-out before 2pm, an additional $50 fee will apply. For check-outs before 3pm, an additional $75 fee will apply. For check-outs after 4pm, a full-night's rate will apply. (p1488)

Meeting Room Policy

All displays, exhibits, decorations, equipment, musicians/entertainers must enter the Hotel via loading dock. Delivery time must be coordinated with the Hotel in advance. Special ingress and egress, insurance and security requirements may apply in the case of events with décor, sets, special lighting or special sound. Nothing may be attached to the walls and ceilings. A walk-through is to be arranged with a designated person and Hotel representative after the dismantling. You are responsible for obtaining all applicable Fire Marshall approval or permits required for your event. You are also responsible for obtaining all required ASCAP or BMI licenses for entertainment or music performances at your event. Please consult with your Catering and Convention Service Manager prior to finalizing any arrangements. (p1167)

Mandatory Charge Policy

A daily fee of USD $12.00 per night, will be posted to each guest room for a variety of amenities and services.

Noise/Disturbance Policy

Our Why Whisper? campaign is currently in place on all guestroom floors to secure a tranquil environment for our guests to enjoy during their stay. The following policies have been set forth to ensure all guests have the opportunity to relax in their rooms and feel safe.

  • Beginning at 9pm, security will welcome all guests at the main doors and check for room keys & registration. Visitors will be checked-in through the east side of the building.
  • At 10pm, no more than 4 registered guests will be allowed in a guest room.
  • Outside alcohol is not permitted at any time. (p2005)

Occupancy Policy

Our rooms are priced for two guests, but we’ll happily set up the room to accommodate anyone else tagging along. A fee is applied to each additional adult, including children 13 years of age and older. (p3276)

Pet Policy

We are delighted to welcome pets to our hotel. We permit one dog or cat per room (up to 8 kg) and provide the following amenities for their comfort: a dog bowl, bed and mat and a Pet Welcome Kit.

We ask that all dogs are kept on a leash when outside the room, and do not permit pets in the hotel's meeting rooms or restaurants.

No charges are applied for pets; however, guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the hotel property. Animals, other than dogs or cats, are accepted at the discretion of the General Manager. Please contact the hotel for further information. (p72)

Pool Policy

Our splash pool offers family fun from morning to night! But please be careful—there's no lifeguard on duty. For that reason, kids can't splash around alone, so be sure they're always accompanied by an adult. For everyone's safety, splash is only accessible with a guest room key.

Resort Fee Policy

A 20% Resort Fee is included in all final bills. This fee is non-negotiable.
