Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a driver’s license and phone number. There is a limit of $1,000 per stay.
Connecting rooms are available. Limited availability. Advanced reservations and hotel pre-approval required.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are not guaranteed unless the hotel room has been reserved for the night prior to arrival. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in select rooms for a fee.
Spa Guidelines and Policies
- Guests of The Spa must be at least 16 years of age.
- The Spa is a non-smoking environment
- Cell phone use is prohibited on spa premises and all cellular devices should be turned off prior to entering spa reception.
- The Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
We recommend that you arrive at The Spa at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can enjoy the optimal spa experience. We also recommend showering prior to your service in order to receive maximum treatment benefit. Please note that should you arrive late for your treatment, your technician may have to shorten the duration of your service so to not inconvenience other guests. Full rates would still apply in this instance.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, we require notification 24 hours in advance. Full payment is required should cancellations be received after this time.
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all Spa treatment prices upon check-out. Should you wish to increase or reduce this amount based on your service satisfaction, please notify a front desk attendant upon check-out. Envelopes are provided at the front desk should you wish to leave a cash gratuity.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, guests are required to contact the hotel directly. All gift certificates are subject to hotel approval only.

Starwood Preferred Guest® Upgrade Policy
Gold and Platinum Starwood Preferred Guest® members are entitled to a room upgrade upon check-in. The upgrade is subject to availability at check-in for the length of the stay, provided the room was not booked through a pre-paid third-party channel. Please note the following exclusions:
- Gold Preferred Guest®: Members may be upgraded to an enhanced room if available. Enhanced rooms may be located on higher floors, corner rooms, newly renovated rooms or rooms with preferred views and does not include suites.
- Platinum Preferred Guest®: Members may be upgraded to the best available room including select standard suites. Specialty suites are not eligible for upgrades.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A fee of 500 USD will be charged to any guest who smokes in a non-smoking room. For assistance in booking a smoking room, please contact the hotel directly.
Reservations requests for Two Bedroom Suites, Designer Suite, Imperial Suite, Royal Suite and The Presidential Suite must be made with the hotel directly.
