Rated 1 out of 5 by Non-smoking room is actually smoking room There used to be a few smoking floor but now changed to mom-smoking. But the smoke odor is still there. They vhange 4 rooms to get a odorless room. Terrible. Do not come if you're non-smoking people. August 18, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5 by Above average; could be great Can't get shower door to close properly; each shower causes the bathroom floor to be wet Dine-in service slow While i do not mind being asked to increase my credit card deposit or limit with hotel, I was not happy to have to be asked to go down to front desk for this - other hotels gladly send their staff to the room. In the end it was waived but why make it such a bother in the first place July 10, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by The frontdesk who makes the difference Have stayed in this Sheraton for quite a number of times and I can't say that the service was on the top of the game, but this time the front desk who helped me check out (didn't remember her name) made me think twice that the good service depends on the person who is willing to help. When i checked in, there was a 'newbie' who did my Checkin and the room she checked me in wasn't that much an upgrade, but I didn't bother to ask because having stayed in this hotel for double-digit nights for biz trips with only a small number of upgrades, I kinda gave up on the idea of asking for an upgrade. The frontdesk lady I am praising here was beside her and I guess eventually she saw the room arrangement - when I got into the room, I got a call from her with polite and delightful voice asking me if i would like to move to an upgrade suite room. Well, certainly I do. Yes, I would like to thank her here. What she did was right on time that i am deciding if I should stay in this hotel for my future trips after accumulating a few bad experiences here, and now I add one good point back. April 8, 2016

Rated 1 out of 5 by bad-mannered room service call The hotel room service is quite discourteous. They check and judge by the luggage left in the room, and call the guest time by time just to ensure you will not escape regardless of the 150% pre-authorization I paid..... That is ridiculous and really bad-mannered. March 10, 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Hotel I have spent almost 100 nights at this hotel in the last few years. Standards are always up to par, and very little turn over in staff. My compliments to Mavis in the club lounge and Frank at the front desk it is always nice to be known by name. January 15, 2016
