Guests enjoy indigenous ingredients and beloved specialties such as the nutty, buttery queso de Idiazabal, our croquetas prepared following a recipe over three generations old, and our acclaimed jamón Ibérico, a superb cured ham found only in Spain. For diners eager to get a delicious overview of Basque-Riojan cuisine, we recommend the “Menu Tierra.” Children’s menus are also available.
