The Luxury Collection Concierge

The Luxury Collection Concierge is a bilingual, certified destination expert, proudly wearing Les Clefs d’Or, the gilt insignia of the celebrated international concierge society, and eager to reveal the secret treasures of Manchester, Vermont. With Lead Concierge Richard Hom at the helm, guests are invited to call upon the services of our expertly trained team seven days a week, from 8am to 7pm.

While Manchester overflows with opportunity for adventure, discovery, and quiet reflection, our Concierge has a number of recommendations designed to enhance your stay. A climb to the 3,816-foot summit of Equinox Mountain, for example, offers superb views and is located just beyond the resort. The 1,000-pipe Aeolian organ at Hildene, the historic 24-room Georgian Revival summer home of Robert Todd Lincoln, is yet another sight to behold.

Art enthusiasts will rejoice at The Southern Vermont Art Center, where ten beautifully appointed galleries host creative renderings of beloved local artists. Spend some time browsing through the treasure, and then enjoy an alfresco lunch with stunning views of the village below.

Also suggested is a picnic at the Equinox Pond, located in the heart of the Equinox Preserve. This vast expanse includes 900 acres of protected land.

Finally, a stop at Dutton’s Farm Stand is a must for our young guests—as well as the young at heart. Here visitors watch maple syrup being made in the spring, enjoy fresh local berries in the summer, and savor fresh-made cider and locally grown apples when the leaves begin to turn.

In addition to the activities above, our Concierge is dedicated to bringing all the area has to offer to your doorstep. Local area information, car rentals, golf, restaurant reservations, tickets to local theatre and events, airport transfers, laundry service, babysitting referrals, floral arrangements, and mail services are easily secured at your request.
