Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Resort Service Package Policy
The Walt Disney World Swan has a mandatory 20 USD per day Resort Service Package. The Resort Service Package includes unlimited access to our Resort's Heath Club Facilities, in-room High Speed Internet, unlimited local and domestic (US mainland) calls, and 2 bottles of water daily.
The Walt Disney World Swan is proud to offer a refreshing, smoke-free environment to our guests. Designated smoking locations are available directly off the main lobby area. Smoking on guest room balconies is strictly prohibited. A $200 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if it is apparent that smoking occurred in your guest room or balcony.
